I have just gotten my wisdom tooth removed and I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service I had encountered. The extraction of my wisdom tooth was performed seamlessly, with minimal discomfort. The dentist, Hannah, was brilliant and I am grateful for her expertise and genuine care throughout the process (which to my surprise took less than 5 minutes).Regards,Ravi

Stumbled across this dental practice as I was in desperate need of a hygienist appointment. Everybody in the establishment was so friendly and Dr Basgaran did such a thorough job, taking her time with each tooth. I will definitely be coming back for another appointment in the future ?

I had a hygiene appointment over the weekend and the dentist did a great job. The dentist did not rush and took her time. The cost wasn't overpriced like other dental practice. During the appointment, the dentist checked if I was comfortable at all times. Would highly recommend.

Very very good dental clinic, they make you feel very welcome and comfortable. I had just moved to Watford and went to my local dentist and was very disappointed with their service. They were only interested in charging me and not in me. Went back to Neem and they saw me straight away and carried out the procedure in 2 days. Definitely using them and family

I'm so grateful to Dr. Pratheeba Thiru for the excellent care she offers me. From the first time I switched to her surgery, she took such good care of my dental hygiene, offering me a lot of practical advice on how to care for my teeth and reduce the need for expensive treatment as well as being thorough in her care. Couldn't have wished for better dental care.

I visited the dental practise this week fora hygiene appt which included Scale & polish with Airflow system. Although the airflow was not what I expected (not the new technology gel based as it used another system with powder) the dental nurse Pratheeba is wonderful and a credit to this practise. She explained everything well and was very thorough in her examination which went pleasantly. She is very warm and also understanding of patient needs and tried to ensure that I has the best outcome. Although the treatment wasn?t as I expected I would recommend this dental practise due to her warm nature and customer service.

Very pleasant experience with bad tooth ache . I had a bad toothache and took me in as an emergency. Extracted the modular tooth immediately. Great care given. Very friendly. Thank you

Exceptional service!!!!I have never been to dentist with such excellent customer service in my life. Getting your teeth cleaned here is not just a normal teeth clean you will see actually result straight after, not only will you leave with whiter teeth but it will also remove tea and coffee stains. Dr. Pratheeba professionalism, customer service and the constant checking if everything is okay with and my family while on the chair has been the best dental experience we have ever had. We literally tell everyone about her and when they go they say it?s the best service ever.I have had really bad experiences with other Dentists from other clinics. So now the only dentist me and my family ever see is Dr. Pratheeba and Neem dental clinic.They don?t ever rush you out the door they take the time on you and make sure your happy with the service, which I always am.Couldn?t recommend any other place then here.

I had my dental treatment for hygiene recently. The service provided by Neem dental clinic was superb. I really found huge improvement before and after cleaning. Thanks to the dentists and other staffs for providing great treatment.

Thank you so much to Dr Pratheeba and her team for an excellent service. It was my first time visiting and from the initial call to book an appointment through to the end of my treatment, everyone was extremely friendly and put me at ease. Dr Pratheeba was incredibly kind and thorough and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. She also gave excellent professional advice about what I should do going forward. I will not hesitate to book all my future appointments with Neem Dental Clinic and would recommend it to everyone.
