Even with difficult or complicated inquiries they help to understand and respond to customer?s needs at their best. I asked to remove my middle name for my passport renewal reasons and they proceeded with my request with understanding and patience after explaining why I needed their help. On the same day they help to provide me with a bank transaction document with my updated name. I was very grateful for their swift and diligent response to my inquiry a few days ago. Thank you again.
