This is now the Nando's branch we usually visit, and it never fails to deliver. There's usually a large group of us and we don't have to wait long to be seated. 11 of us went on the 20th February & Nick the manager was amazing as always, as was Toni. They made sure we were happy, the food came quickly & was absolutely delicious.
Nick is always accommodating, professional & cheerful & his team are wonderful.

This is the second best nandos I've been to this year by far and great service the food came quick and I almost burn my tongue by taking a bit of thier chips and i also took a picture of the chocolate cake i had for dessert. Part 2: I went here yesterday for lunch, and i had a problem with the phone. A nice nandos worker helped me order, and I've had a good time at nandos yesterday.
Shout out to Nick, maria, and that nandos worker who served me and helped me from the 14th of December 2024 to the 22nd of February 2025

I visited Nandos in south harrow twice with my daughter and both times we had a great time. the manager nick and his lovely staff have been so welcoming and looked after us right through the two hours we were customer service fantastic food and presentation brilliant lovely went down a treat cleanliness absolutely beautiful they looked after everyone who came in from babies, children now matter the time gave everyone came in. they you thier full attention to you at all times and I will be for sure going to south harrow branch again I came out feeling good and relaxed thank you NANDOS SOUTH HARROW

We visited Nando's today and arrived close to closing time, but the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. A special mention goes to the young gentleman at the till (he is tall, fair skinned and slim) who went above and beyond?he truly deserves a bonus for his exceptional service! All the staff were amazing and so helpful throughout our visit. The manager also took the time to ensure everything was perfect before we left, which added a personal touch to the experience.As we were leaving, a team member gave my daughter a dessert, which absolutely made her day! It?s the little things like this that make us feel so welcome. Fantastic service and a warm atmosphere?highly recommend

I had a really good experience dining in Nando?s with my sisters. The service was amazing, all staff were very friendly and attentive. Especially Jennelle who took our order and recommended the saucy wings from the new menu, which btw were amazing! She made sure that there was no cross contamination of food due to gluten allergy. Also checked in with us during our meal to see if we liked the recommendation and if we needed anything.

Not pleased with the service , the waiter and managers were very careless , no welcome on arrival, our food came late yet no Cutlary had wait for Cutlary no brought any so we ask the manger he brought without any apologies , then waited for plates no1 brought any and my daughter had to pick , they were very careless and inattentive. I found them so unprofessional most of them were drinking behind the till even while serving the customers. Won?t be coming back.
