Came to the nandos restaurant to try out as beening a vegetarian I wasn't having my hopes up, but even tho not vegetarian dishes but what I had was absolutely delicious even the small salad I thought was just the right amount...would I come again yes i probably would but a bit later as I arrive at lunchtime and was just starting to get a bit busier after I had finished.
Vegetarian options: As I mentioned not much of an option but never the less was very tasty
Kid-friendliness: Yes there is a family or two with there young children
Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely plenty of space for all to get around.

Amazing experience at Nando?s in Harrow - St George, I?ve ordered 1/2 chicken lemon and herb and peri Mac and cheese and rest of my family ordered chicken thighs and whole chicken with regular chips and spicy rice together.
My first restaurant visit of 2025 so far and I?m delighted it didn?t disappoints ??

I really like Nando's but I made a mistake visiting this particular branch. The chicken was dry and grey (look at pictures). I reached out to a lady staff member (one with pink hair) who was very rude to me and told me that this is how it is. When I told her I'm really not comfortable eating something that doesn't look quite right, she told me that it was my choice.
[Well I'm not going to eat trash on my plate because you served me right?]
After arguments, when she wouldn't replace my chicken, I told her well ok I'll speak with someone else. And she told me no one will help you. When I reached out to another girl who looked like she was new or very junior, she panicked and told me there's nothing she can do beyond the staff who was just rude to me. And finally I was about to give up when this guy staff came by asking if everything was ok and I explained showing him my plate. He convinced me by saying he will replace two of the 4 thighs in my plate and asked me to eat the two existing thighs (which looked better than the other 2) in my plate.
[I don't understand??? If some of the food in the plate is spoilt , do you ask your customer to eat some of them and throw the rest?]
I was humiliated and asked him to replace all. At this point I should have actually left. But I waited hoping they would do something to make it up to me. But nooo! They brought even worse chicken. This one was even more bad. It felt like they did it out of spite.
So I gave up and was trying to finish up my potato wedges and leave. After like 15 mins, he came up to my table again. So I thought he came to ask me if everything is ok now. But no!!!! He asked me if he can clear the plates when I had not even taken a bite of that chicken. I argued again that the chicken looked so grey, it was clearly spoilt. He was so rude to me and just argued with me and walked away with my plate. I already paid 9 pounds for that chicken. Do you really think I'll make up stories to not eat what I paid for or to get a refund ??? All I wanted was to eat LUNCH. But I had to walk away with an empty stomach and they didn't even have the slightest courtesy to ask sorry and if they could atleast refund my money back if I'm leaving the restaurant without eating it. But I'm so glad I didn't eat it because otherwise I would have had a stomach ache. But lost my money and unfortunately I would never go back to another Nando's again due to this incident at one branch.

Myself and my son had a thoroughly enjoyable visit to Nando?s! Choosing our usual full platter was clearly a great decision, as it perfectly satisfied our appetites. From the moment you arrived, the experience seemed to flow seamlessly. We were warmly greeted and promptly shown to our table, setting a positive tone for the meal.
The service was both efficient and friendly, ensuring we felt well cared for throughout the visit. Your food arrived promptly, and it met the high standard we have come to expect. The platter was hot, perfectly cooked, and this time enhanced by the addition of the new Fanta orange glaze, which was a delightful twist on an already reliable favorite.
The restaurant?s cleanliness and well-stocked condiment station added to the overall comfort of the dining experience, reflecting the team?s attention to detail An ice-cold bottle of Sagres beer was the perfect complement to my meal, providing a touch of relaxation and enjoyment.
With everything meeting or exceeding expectations?delicious food, welcoming service, and a pleasant environment?it?s no surprise we left without a single complaint. It?s always a pleasure to enjoy a seamless and satisfying outing, and Nando?s delivered exactly that!

For the most part, the staff were super friendly and efficient. I ordered the gravy which arrived barely warm and I asked the manageress if we could have it warmed up. She looked at me as if I was a moron. Really poor attitude. The other staff were 10/10 though. Food nice but the tenderstem was so undercooked I had to leave most of it. Otherwise great.
