Outrages behaviour found a bug halfway through eating , called the worker ,instead of resolving the issue she just stood there breathing down my neck staring at it for a good 2 mins making me uncomfortable acting as if this wasn?t a big deal at all. Then she proceeded to offer a change but my appetite was put off , didn?t even bother offering a refund , stay far far far away.

The food was okay but overpriced. The staff were rude and non-welcoming. We were told that we should wait dor the staff to be seated but there were no staff that lead us. The tables were not cleaned properly even well after the food were served, even though we requested so. The bottomless drinks were refreshing. We were told the drinks we ordered were out of stock and then somehow we were served with a seemingly different drink.

I stopped at Nando's before a show at Wembley, and it was understandably very busy. There was a big queue outside, but it was managed very efficiently, and we only waited 15 minutes for a table.
The food was all very fresh and flavoursome, as you'd expect from Nando's ? the Fino Pitta is always excellent. Service was friendly and efficient considering how busy they were.

Great friendly service. Lovely welcome from Marcio, who continually checked on us during meal. Friendly waiting staff. Delicious food and a friendly goodbye from Tyler. Efficient service before going to concert.

Went for work lunch, food was served quickly and was tasty, I opted for veg options which they have some varieties.
