this evening I had horrible experience at the self service check out. I came to buy 2 bottles of wine for my guests at home. I didn't had my phone or specially ID. Living near by and it was quick pop in. A young black woman asked me for ID. I am a 36-year-old woman with a child. I told her that, and she started laughing. I asked, "Why are you laughing?" She replied, "I'm not laughing." So I said, "You just laughed in my face."
This offended and humiliated me, ruining my evening and mood with my guests. Thanks to this extremely unpleasant person. Pay attention to who you hire because when employees mock customers, it makes you not want to shop there?

I?ve been shopping at Morrisons Harrow for the past year, and it has consistently been a great experience. I always get the needed items with ease. The store is spacious and well-stocked with a wide variety of groceries, making it convenient for a complete shop. Staff are generally helpful, and checkout is smooth even during busy hours. A reliable supermarket for all essentials.

The shopping experience is good, but the staff are quite unhelpful and rude. They often say no to everything, only for someone else to later say, "Wait, we will check it for you." In particular, the tall blonde lady at the self-checkout is very rude?her tone is unacceptable, and her body language is the worst. I visit both this location and Hatch End, and I much prefer Hatch End. The staff there are lovely, and the service is great. I hope this place takes this review as feedback and provides proper training for their staff.

Great store, big store has everything and wide corridors. Never crowded or any queues. Clean and organized store.. top marks of all big stores.
