They cant even refund u payment within 48 hours after cash machine gives u less then draw out pocksy mention from them 21 days. Nothing on this metro bank i decide close the account call the police on them

The service is not good.
You have to pay extra to use a business account. There are 3 different types of charges. They don't talk about the charges while opening the account. And if you talk to the staff, they give you something without checking. Your work is in the queue. They will call you when it's done.

Always 1 person on counter always huge ques even though other staff available absolutely ridiculous service best thing was getting a card same day and opened sunday now they do neither you can't transfer money over the counter you have to wait ages to sit down at a table to transfer money metro gone downhill

Very slow service. Staff is busy chatting to each other and dilly-dallying. There is no professionalism like you see at other high street banks. Need to train the staff.

Fancy look, big disappointment. Very poor customer service- lot of people walking around but you waiting in que for ages. Empty tables but lot of customers waiting for being served. Online account (business) not handy at all -you can't print transaction confirmation or send back money. Two stars only because my account was ready same day. This cost me 2,5 hour sitting with a guy looking on his phone but ready same day.

Terrible terrible terrible
Took my disabled parents in yesterday
To open an account
Lady at the front desk said we don't have space today please come back tomorrow
Went back today 5 minutes ago and was very rudely spoken to by a very unprofessional lady
We don't have any space untill Wednesday the 18th
Are you kidding me metro bank
Please fix up these incompetent staff.
Hire some happy people
Also talking to me while leaning on the counter, at least stand and adress your customer decently
Absolutely no consideration for the elderly or even to write down my complaint
No manager to talk too
I even asked the young lady if she will remember what we went through and report it to someone

Horrific customer service and was left alone unattended without someone serving me for 30 minutes. When i was about to leave after having waited 30 minutes i was finally approached by the manager who had been chit chatting with staff and was told that I would need to phone in.
