It used to be nice, but now it became bloody horrible.
Nothing "e" works...
E- till doesn't give receipt,
Table service was unavailable, even though I found a table it got busy because I couldn't do anything from my supposedly "great" McDonald's app...
I wanted to eat my favourite fast food, but it makes me feel feel totally uncomfortable....
I just hope they'll make my burger properly ?

I ordered dine in right now before one hour order number 25 table MC Donald's staff make take away and I have to go down to receive order instead of getting on table 25 and one of the cleaners comes and touched my order receipt with her dirty hands while mobing this place is unhygienic guys

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.There has now been several times I have ordered from this place via uber eats.There has almost always been something missing ,but what outraged me the most is recently I ordered from here and I had ONLY received my two drinks.I asked the uber driver if he had left it, but he responded with "I asked them if there was any food because there was only a few drinks and they said there was no food ,I asked them to check and they still said there was not".I requested a refund and luckily enough I did get my refund ,but it left several people I ordered for quite hungry .I have also been to this place myself and all I can say is the atmosphere is not it ,staff are quick to get rid of you and not answer questions properly ,this place also has horrible management and oralganisation.Simply put ,I will not be ordering from here ever again unless it improves.

12 January 2025 I recently had an unsettling experience at the McDonald. One of the supervisors was chatting on the phone and then handling orders with his dirty hands without washing them. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a food service environment. It raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety standards. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure better practices in the future.

We ordered mc delivery thru the McDonald's app
Food went to wrong address driver refused to deliver ... he said is to far he will cancel it... driver didn't cancelled...he said he deliver... we asked for the refund as is not our fault ... mc Donald's and uber playing a game of blame each other.. nobody want to take responsibility... mc delivery app not giving option to cancel order( we saw straight away wrong address ) we try to call uber driver send messages before he collect it ... of course he ignored and went to wrong address what your amazing app somehow generate.... no food no money and is not our fault ..... well done

I'm giving this McDonald's five stars for their exceptional customer service. I recently placed an order for my beloved customized cheeseburgers (double everything!) through the app when a system error occurred. The app charged me, but my order disappeared. The manager immediately stepped in, and quickly resolved the issue without any hassle. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor truly made my day. Plus, they consistently get my orders right, which is a huge plus! I happily return to this McDonald's knowing I'll be well taken care of. ???

I ordered fries from there and I asked a guy who's name is pritesh for the make a extra crispy and he declined and making excuses. I had despointed first time for that if customer asking for something then he have to do.

Last time I came to eat here was a few days ago, I only ordered a cheeseburger and a fries, let me tell you that the food looked normal but a few hours later I had to run home because I had a terrible stomach pain and around 3 hours after I had vomiting and I was stuck in the toilet for a few hours. The day after I went to the doctor and he said I had food poisoning so I'm never eating in this McDonald's ever again because obviously hygiene and food are not good. Sorry to say this but if the food isn't fresh people might be sick and end up in hospital. Be careful guys on what you eat . Worst 3 days of my life.
