Yesterday I ordered the veggie meal but meal quantity was not good and mainly front side table services staff ( aged lady) was given me very very very bad experience. She has no any humanity, no idea how to talked with the people ,how to services them l.
I will never come again this store.

Very disappointed ? wrong order with bacon despite instructions
We ordered the Cheesy McCrispy burger with no bacon at this mc location , but unfortunately, it was still served with bacon. This is not just a minor oversight ? it?s a serious issue, especially for people who avoid pork due to dietary, religious, or personal reasons.

We had a frustrating experience here. I visited with my brothers and we waited nearly an hour for our food, only to find out it had been given to someone else by mistake. The self service system does show an order number, but we weren?t given a receipt or anything to prove which order was ours when collecting so anyone could just take food if they happened to see the number pop up.
This caused a lot of confusion for us and others around us. When we finally spoke to the manager, they gave us our food, but made it feel like it was somehow our fault, which was disappointing after waiting so long.
The food itself was fine, but the lack of a proper order verification process really ruined the experience. I hope they improve it even just printing a receipt or giving a small ticket with the order number would make a huge difference.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Asked for cold water, but the manager, clearly in a rush, handed over a warm bottle instead. No apology, no courtesy, and absolutely no respect for the customer. Completely unacceptable.

I just ordered a family takeaway by delivery and they missed off my quarter pounder burger. Bag was unsealed.
I contacted customer service and it gets worse..
They offer a standard missing item refund of £2.64.
The quarter pounder burger costs £5.39.
I just paid £2.75 to not eat a burger. Wtf?!
Even getting a full £5.39 refund isn't satisfactory as what am I supposed to do for dinner?

Good spot for a quick bite while shopping in St George's. The food was fresh, staff were efficient, and service was relatively quick even during busy hours. Seating area can get a bit packed, but it's still a reliable place for a classic McDonald's experience

Superbusy and chaotic almost always because it is inside shopping centre but atleast there is another McDonald's nearby (5-8min walk) in the town centre opposite Taco bell and near a Barclays Bank

Today I went st george shopping centre for shopping and i went to macdonald to get some food and face one bad experience with the staff name Luisa she was very rude and unprofessional behaviour.it fills like when we come to purchase we paid money but her misbehaviour feels like we can not coming back here.please speak with manager and give her personal meeting how to talk with customer.

?Today me & my friends went to mcDonald?s and our experience was very bad because the crew trainer her name mala ( whatever?) her behaviour was very rude . She making hand movements like an uneducated person. She needs to learn some manners how to treat with customers . It?s not good for mcDonald?s to keep such people in higher positions.

Some people specially a manager called rhina or whatever her name is very bossy and rude to the customers in the place, one of the customer service workers outside was doing her job perfectly and interacting professionaly with the people until this manager came outside bossying around and completly messing the calm peaceful atmosphere.

Ceri was being very rude to me, someone else took my order and when I asked where my order is, she said she?s going to check the cctv and I had to wait about 13 minutes for them to check the cameras and she didn?t even say sorry about it I?m very disappointed and would not recommend this place
