If you're coming from the roundabout you can't get in through the entrance have to go all the way around the block then just before the roundabout turn in left. Its a bit confusing if you're not from the area like me

This place is an utter joke just like the rest of the McDonald?s in Newport the food is always lukewarm never fresh unless you go at midnight when no one?s there the portion of fries you get are absolutely ridiculous the drinks are always under filled and it?s disgraceful that?s you?ve put the prices of nearly everything up yet again £3.15 for a large coke that is not even filled to the top that is absolutely criminal you should be ashamed I remember when large meals used to be £5 now 1 frappe is that much the large meals are £10 now even the McNugget share box used to be about £5 now it?s nearly £10 and not only that the staff are useless as well either all children or people who can?t even understand or speak English constantly getting your orders wrong it?s a joke, this place has gone down hill drastically over the last few years and the way your going constantly upping the prices no one will go here just like Burger King because their a rip off as well

This morning just after 10am I ate in at this McDonalds. When my food arrived I went to the ladies and as I opened the cubical door a deliver driver was running out of the next ladies cubicle toilets (as an aside - he didn't wash his hands). When I went back to my table he was at the till where I approached him and asked if he had used the ladies toilet (knowing full well he had). He denied this, collected his delivery order and left. After he left I spoke to the store Assistant Manager who was as appaled as I was and promised to review CCTV footage and inform the delivery provider he works for. Thank goodness I was on my own and there were no little girls entering or leaving the ladies toilet at that time. Order at your own risk, do not expect your delivery drivers to have the same level of hygiene that you have.

1-star upgraded to 5. My takeaway beef burger arrived with no beef in it. I ordered a second same issue. On duty Manager Alex was aware of the issue with the 3rd party app explained everything and replaced my items. Great service MacDonalds

We took our holiday club of 30 children to this McDonald's for lunch on Wednesday 23rd July 2025. Husna, one of the McDonald's staff member made this experience absolutely amazing. She got all of the orders correct , she was patient, polite and calm. Husna also reserved a suitable space for the children to have an enjoyable lunch.
We are really appreciative of Husna's fantastic customer service.

Quite slow and if you come by car, you will be asked to park and wait, unfortunately everyone is sent to wait, so there?s no space to park. Lol
