Nearly £1000 got taken out of my account unauthorised and they declined the Fraud Dispute I did not get the money back , Llyolds bank also did not call to ask if this was me taking it out as it was a large amount at a cash point?? Very disappointed with the service I had over the phone I then had to come to the branch again had to call Fraud department as there?s not enough staff. Llyolds bank is not a bank I would keep money in ?safe? anymore. Would not recommend.

The Lloyd Bank is a very good bank, all the team members there are very good, every team member comes and asks how can I help you, umang bhatia Mam explains it to me very well with a smile, I always thank Lloyd Bank.

Whenever I go in always one counter whilst the other counter busy doing their own thing instead of quickly dealing with customers. Need more staff counters as it?s very busy and just to do a basic thing, you have to wait in line minimum 20 min. Only two counters and it?s the only branch in whole of HARROW. Come on fix up otherwise staff are pleasant but waiting long is annoying.

I had an outstanding experience with Rama Patel ma?am. I was having difficulty with my banking needs, but she went above and beyond to support me. She also took the time to explain various savings account options and assisted me in opening an Easy Saver account with just my passport and BRP, tailored for international students. So yesterday I went to provide my ID for a new account. But only to find out that it has been cancelled. The assistant I had was very nice, polite and very informative, her name is Rama. She gave me a wonderful experience. She helped me open a new account and she taught me some new things on the app for future use. If I could give her more than just 5 stars I would. Lloyds bank harrow offers the worst service I have ever experienced. The people running it have no knowledge of customers service and two weeks ago I had to wait an hour just to transfer money. Today I have been waiting 20 minutes and there is nobody to offer service. Am thinking of switching to HSBC

Poor response and take too long time in just 5 minutes work(create new accounts) I visited 3 Times in raw and still they told me to sit and wait.
