Huge credit to Tyler at Kwik Fit Wembley. I turned up in my 8-seater people carrier with a real emergency ? both the spare and the wheel on the vehicle were punctured. This type of job would normally be handled at a Kwik Fit Plus site, but Tyler dealt with it calmly and professionally. Not every branch can accommodate a vehicle that size, but he made it happen safely and without fuss.
What really stood out was his attitude. He was 20 minutes early for his shift and, even before the site officially opened, he was already checking in on customers. When I apologised for turning up on a Sunday ? something I sometimes use as a test to see how people respond ? his reply was brilliant: ?I?m here to do my job, it?s never a problem.? That level of professionalism and positivity is rare.
Throughout the job he was polite, clear, and genuinely focused on helping rather than just rushing through. For someone so young, Tyler showed real maturity, skill, and customer care. With over 20 years? experience in retail and in and out of the car trade, I can honestly say he has manager potential. Kwik Fit Wembley are lucky to have him.

I am absolutely impressed with KwikFit Wembley.
I came in this morning extremely stressed out, I normally avoid garages simply because they can make things so difficult but my expectations were beyond exceeded.
I would recommend this centre as the customer service, care especially from Vanessa was outstanding.
She is a manager that deserves the world simply because she puts her customers first.
So if you are looking for somewhere to go, here is the place to be and don?t forget to ask for Vanessa as she won?t let you down!

I?m writing this with deep exhaustion after my repeated visits to your workshop ? even though I truly like and appreciate you all.
Unfortunately, I faced serious difficulties, especially as a senior person with disabilities. I struggled just to open the entrance door, and although several staff members, including the branch manager, saw me, no one came to help.
The chairs in the waiting area were also very uncomfortable ? I nearly fell more than once. And despite most of the staff being free, I was left waiting far too long.
I kindly ask that you take better care of elderly and disabled customers. This place no longer feels suitable for Motability services, and that?s very disappointing.

TRIED TO SCAM ME, DO NOT GO TO THIS KWIK FIT! I went to Kwik Fit Wembley for a free AC check meanwhile the lady (didn?t get her name but only one works there) tried to tell me it would cost £160 for a new freon refill on my Hyundai I10 claiming that ?gas is gas? and the price is the same regardless of the vehicle and its size. Tell me why on Kwik Fit?s website it clearly says £137.95 for a refill then? Saw that I?m a younger individual and thought she could scam me. Go to a different centre do not bother with them, at a different Kwik Fit the worker told me £130 for a refill. Shocking from that lady stay clear!

Came back on three separate occasions for a faulty tyre. First time around it was understandable why they told me to come back, they didn't have the tyres I need in stock. I was told to come back at 0830 next week Monday. As it's weekday and I have a job too, I could only come at 1430 after asking my employer to let me go early. Was told it's too busy, again to come back another day. I came back the third day at 0930, at which point again, too busy, come back again at 0830 another day. I don't understand why I can't book an afternoon appointment and my only option is to come at 0830?
Was told then that I had one tyre that needed replacement.
Went to a different branch where it turns out it was actually both rear tyres that needed replacement and there they offered to help me straight away.

Great staff, always going out of their way to help. Went in for an MOT and they were able to resolve all issues at the same time to get me up and going on the road
