Attended this KFC and was very disappointed because they made us wait 20 minutes for food that was cooked already, I?ve never had an issue with the drive through but this time I went in and was more than upset. Also only the male toilets were open Please fix this issue

Instead of 6 wings they gave me 3. Seems like these Indians can't live up to their stereotype of counting cause 3 wings were missing. Warm drinks, no fizz. Horrendous. Don't visit this place. Plus it's expensive

2nd time the toilet is out of order, but uber eats allowed to use , but not for customer who actually paying... told by staff no water in the toilet

Went yesterday, as I was passing through, ordered a bucket for 1and 4 spice tub, was charged £20, didn?t query it.. firstly they didn?t have drinks? Wtf then when I received food, she said it?s all there (normally I check, but didn?t) the food was awful missed half my order as well as being over charged, place didn?t look clean, Food was cold, chicken tasted of salt, had one bite and had to throw away..if your driving threw Harrow Weald, keep driving DO NOT STOP at this KFC? JUST AWFUL

Appeared very short staffed. Very long wait for drive through orders. One person taking order, payment and serving at the window. Saw many cars drive off without ordering.

Used drive thu, staff seemed clueless, I had to ask for my dip (when asked,no choice given but thrown in the bag).which was advertised as 4 piece boneless chicken with a dip.Ordered 2 mini fillets as well, I got home to realise one was missing and the one ate had lettuce which had gone bad.. Wasted £15.47, no receipt was given. Totally rubbish

They hire foreign staff probably for cheap labour but they can barely follow English? I?m not judging then or anything but come on manager, get some decent staff on board

We had a delivery it was horrible!
