Attended this KFC and was very disappointed because they made us wait 20 minutes for food that was cooked already, I’ve never had an issue with the drive through but this time I went in and was more than upset. Also only the male toilets were open Please fix this issue

After waiting in the drive through queue, ordered and paid, then told it was going to be a 20 minute wait. No thanks!! Dreadful customer service.
