This place is not suitable for family with kids. There are no high chairs for babies. There is always full of delivery drivers inside the KFC. It stinks and full of people always(not customers just delivery drivers). Staff behaves like they want us to get out quickly and not turn up soon.

Ordered a might meal on uber requesting side breast and thigh piece but received a side breast and wing piece. And I was very surprised to see the size of the wing, there is not even a common sense when packing. Who in the world will send such a tiny piece for 2 piece meal?? Absolute frustration.

Ordered food and majority of the food was missing, have tried to call them for over 30 minutes and eventually when they did answer they left it to the side and completely ignored me. And then they just left the phone so it kept saying user busy whenever I tried to call back. Have called over 30+ times. Completely unprofessional. Disgusted service

I recently visited KFC Rayners Lane one of the HALAL restaurant in Harrow and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and welcoming the restaurant was. The staff were very friendly and efficient specially the person called Kamal with pleasant smile made easy to order, also the order was ready in no time despite it being a busy lunchtime. The chicken was as crispy and juicy as expected, and the sides were fresh and flavourful. I got the family bucket , which offered great value for the amount of food.
Everything was served hot, and the dining area was spotless. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this KFC Rayners lane for a quick, satisfying meal.

When all other KFCs let me down and i lose hope. Can always rely on RL KFC. Chicken always fresh and cooked right. Do the best mini wraps. Better than any other branch ive tried

I've called the restaurant 7 times due to food missing no one picked up.

They dont even know how to take order, and the lady at the till don?t even know how to talk to customer , she is so rude. I wont recommend to anyone, rather would go at another brach.

The food is equally as good/bad as every other KFC but they have options on their self serve that they do not, never have and probably never will offer. I upgraded my drink to a hot choc at an extra cost. They do not do hot choc and the guy tells me they probably won't be doing it, as it's been weeks and they don't have the machine. So why, after weeks, is it still an option on the self service? He wanted to offer me a large fizzy drink. The only reason I considered a dink in the first place (as they only offer drink options that Pepsi own and we all know their entire drinks selection sucks, in fact, its the main reason I rarely go to KFC) is because I thought they had hot choc, otherwise, I would have went anywhere else. If you didn't know, the reason KFCs drink options suck, is because Pepsi bought them. Pepsi bought them so they had a fast food chain to force into only selling Pepsi owned brands. I hope this strategy ends KFC as it sucks.
Edit: and then I get to the food and realise, its not even what I ordered. Why did I waste my time and money. There seems to be some vile looking has brown in my fillet burger, smothered in a disgusting BBQ sauce and that fake plastic American cheese that I would pay extra to ensure isn't anywhere near my food. So all in all, I'm just pssd off

Ordered food with two large chips and only received two I would call small. Wasn't until I got home with 3 hungry kids that it came to light. To far to go back as was an impromptu pick up on way home
