My order arrived within 10 to 15 minutes, which good, plus the driver was polite so the one star is for him. But regarding the food that was NOT GOOD AT ALL, IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!! THE CHIPS LOOKED AS IF THEY WERE MADE OUT OF POTATO SCRAPS, THE CHICKEN WAS COLD & TASTED STALE. THE ONLY PLACE THE ORDER WENT WAS IN THE BIN!!! IT WAS INEDIBLE!! This branch seems to be A CONTINUOUS MISS & VERY FAR FROM A HIT. I KNOW THIS BRANCH IS A FRANCHISE & AFTER READING THE OTHER REVIEWS MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE. WHAT ON EARTH IS THE OWNER DOING TO FIX THE ISSUES IN HIS/HER EATERY? ANSWER: NOTHING AT ALL JUDGING BY THE VAST NEGATIVE REVIEWS & THE OWNERS RESPONSE THAT EXCELLENT SERVICE & FOOD STANDARDS ARE IMPORTANT TO HE/SHE & HENCE WILL TAKE THE FEEDBACK ON BOARD, BUT IT'S STILL CONTINUING!! DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your response. However what is extremely disappointing is that you have made no effort whatsoever to state what you intend to do to rectify the serious issues in your establishment. I have notified Just eats of my experience, however the responsibility of resolving issues lies with you. & ONLY YOU!!
I MADE REFERENCE YOUR COMMENTS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS BAD EXPERIENCES WHICH FRANKLY ARE EXTREMELY INADEQUATE!!
THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS GO BACK A LONG WAY, IF YOU HAD PROPERLY ADDRESSED THE ISSUES THEN REVIEWS WOULD BE POSITIVE.
THIS SEEMS TO SUGGEST THAT YOU ARE MERELY RELYING ON THE GLOBAL NAME OF KFC & THEREFORE YOU DON'T CARE AT ALL AS LONG AS YOU MAKE MONEY!!!!!!
DO KFC HEAD OFFICE KNOW THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU CONDUCT YOUR BUSINESS & THUS BRINGING THE NAME OF KFC INTO DISREPUTE?? THEY MOST DEFINITELY SHOULD BE MADE AWARE IF THEY ARE NOT ALREADY!!!!!!!!

The food tastes okay, but the service is terrible took at least 5mins just to take an order as it was obviously short staffed and 10 mins to get food, its a small branch with no self serve kiosks and no one at the tills, the atmosphere is hot and cramped.

AVOID AT ALL COST!The food was dry and the wrong order was given. Staff seem not to care about anything. Go to Northolt or Ruislip kfc instead. Worst kfc of all time

I decided to order from Kentucky tonight I specifically stated that I wanted legs instead I got a wing and a big chunk of dry breast which I never ordered why do they never listen going forwards I will never order online ever again as they seem to think they can give you what they want and not what you have ordered. I should get what I want after I paid for it !!!! Unsatisfied customer!!!!

South Harrow KFC Northolt Road is a scam place to go as only working exSriLankan or Indian workers on the counter and they don?t have a clue what we order & paid for. I nearly paid £15.00 and got home I just saw 3 pic chicken, small chips plus my extra order 6 wings.
