Good customer service but when ordering on the board should have described what pieces particularly are in the package included as I don?t like the chunky chicken piece leaves me weird smell I ordered 10 chicken pieces and on the description it just saying 10 chicken pieces.
Please add description on each package so customers knows what are buying

I was hungry and thought I?d grab a quick bite from KFC, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. First off, the service at the till was dreadful. The woman serving me seemed pretty new, and honestly, she acted like she was doing me a huge favour by taking my order. All I wanted was my chicken, not to deal with her attitude.
I asked for a chicken thigh, and she told me they didn?t have any?this isn?t the first time I?ve had this issue at this KFC. Every time I ask for something, they somehow ?don?t have it.?
The real heartbreak, though, was the gravy sauce. It?s supposed to be nice and thick, hot, and creamy, but what I got was watery and tasteless. This has happened three or four times now at this particular KFC, and I honestly don?t know what they?ve done to it, but it?s no longer anything to crave. I?d be concerned about food safety if I were them.
To top it off, the chicken was burnt. Seriously, it felt like it had been sitting out, then reheated and dunked in grease. It was tough to eat, and there were even chicken feathers in it. If you?ve ever wondered what chicken feathers taste like, you?ll get your answer here.
This place needs a major overhaul?especially with staff. The food is horrible, the service is worse, and it?s doing nothing good for their reputation. If you?re in the area, do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to eat. Honestly, I can?t recommend this KFC to anyone. It?s time to shape up or shut down.

The service at KFC St. Ann's Shopping Centre is disappointing. While the taste of KFC remains great, the staff serving the food do not meet KFC?s usual standards when interacting with customers. Every time, we have to remind them to provide mayonnaise and ketchup sachets, as if they?re bringing them from home.

The worst KFC I've ever been to. First the order was changed, I ordered a hamburger that had barbecue sauce and came with ketchup, I then made a complaint in which the attendant made me open the hamburger doubting my word. The chicken was cold and looked like it had been cooked hours ago, the skin was shriveled and poorly done, in fact it looked like it had just been cooked as you can see in the photo. The environment was dirty and looked unkept.

I had a Zinger Burger Meal. It tasted horrible and had no flavour. Unfortunately, I was hungry, ate it but hoped it would taste better. The bun and lettuce were fresh. The fries looked cooked but didn't taste good. Pepsi Max was good.

The service needs massive improvements, they do not hand out ketchup nor seems service oriented. The self service kiosks are dirty and not wiped.

The chicken was fresh and tasty but I was disappointed with the new receipt KFC fries.The fries were too salty and spicy- the taste was overpowering.I believe should use less salt and spice.Or maybe should just be lightly spiced.
