The service at KFC St. Ann's Shopping Centre is disappointing. While the taste of KFC remains great, the staff serving the food do not meet KFC’s usual standards when interacting with customers. Every time, we have to remind them to provide mayonnaise and ketchup sachets, as if they’re bringing them from home.
