The staff are rude and ignorant.
I asked them for three kids snack boxes all with side breast, they tell me every ti.e im there i cannot have sidebreast because they jave to save it for other customers? Today i went agai. And they told me they i cant have side breast because they sold it all? At 7pm surely they should have enough for the evenings.
When questions about why i can never be served with asidebreast they either ignore me or talk between themselves in another language.
This place needs to be shaken up by head office, they have a lapse attitude when it comes to customer service.

My husband order take away it said it was delivered it hadn?t been so then he had to go to the shop,we tryed ringing before hand no answer,every time we have kfc there is problems it?s either cold,missing bits,etc
Parking: You can park on side street but there?s a chance you will get fined

Waited for 5 minutes to be served. Saw the lady on the computer in the back office. The other worker was standing talking nearby.
He was eating chicken and dipping in a sauce.
Took a while to get my order made and another guy after me standing also for ages to order. Also the guy didn't look to be wearing gloves during making the order.
I think they need training and make sure they always have staff attending to the front and customers.

Absolutely Terrible Experience at KFC Kenton Rd**
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I?ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I waited an unbelievable **20 minutes** for a simple bucket of 10 pieces of chicken. During this time, I watched multiple other customers receive their orders, while mine was completely forgotten.
The service was excruciatingly slow, and the staff seemed utterly disorganized and indifferent to the growing crowd. How hard is it to hand over a bucket of chicken? Apparently, at this KFC, it?s a monumental task.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place doesn?t care about its customers, and it shows. Avoid at all costs!

I have never seen such dirty service anywhere, never take yourself and any of your relatives for food! All staff is not good ! Staff behavior very Ruadly and they had neither good food nor light!!! Worst restaurant and Very Unhygienic.

I ordered a chicken burger on Uber yesterday it felt like plastic it was probably cooked from the day before or I don?t no how many hours ago , I had issues at this place before avoid this kfc

I always order from this place and experienced minor order mistakes. I used to ignore it but recently the missing items in my order happened more than twice. I am not sure why this happens but they always(2 times) forget my large gravy. Today they went extra mile and also has some fault(odd smell and colour) in original KFC chicken. I just love KFC but KFC doesn?t seem to love customers or take care of their franchise holders.

Depending on the staff you either get good service or poor. Too many times when my presents his student beans discount, some staff do not offer the popcorn chicken snack box. So if you don?t know, they just let you go without. But another set of staff given to you without asking.
