Very very WORST service.. those young people don?t know how to handle customers.. they are not very welcoming and super rude..
My 8 years kid liked a shoe and asked a different size.. but a girl who handed the shoe section not responding very well and super rude while answering even with the small child..
Also at the cash counter one of the girl treats us bad and answers rude..
We bought the products worth of 200 pounds even after they treated us badly, just because of our insecurity..
I don?t even want to give 1 star rating for their service.. VERY DISAPPOINTED..

I wish I can give 0 star. I was the regular customer of this store but today I was there to exchange my gloves which I bought on 05/01/2025 but the manager name Rohoulia is very disrespectful and was asking me for packing which was just a cardboad which I threw.. I said him that I have a receipt and before also when I came for exchange your staff just asked me for receipt. But he ignored it and was very egoist. I request u all to plz try to go to other branch of JD rather then Harrow bcos the manager of Harrow JD doesn't understand the meaning of usefull and saleable product and disrespectful to customers.

I am regular customer in JD sport in this shop.
And I have buy shoe for 175 of Nike product and after 3 months they r damaged and when I go to there so one man with no hair is saying that I have washed in washing machine and I said I have not done its product fault. So I tell to do inspection. But that man says we will not do. And it?s not refundable also.
Don?t buy any product from this store they r saying defect product with look design.
No customer satisfaction.

the staff are very rude. I just ask them to be little kind then the manger who was our cashier started screaming at me saying that she is kind. I prefer the sport direct in the next shopping centre beaus they are actually kind and open there changing rooms like who closes change rooms 2 hour before store closes???

Staff in harrow branch seem they don?t care about the costomer no more ,, changing room close all times , no hospitality ? harrow branch was one of the good branch in all the area ?. Lately is so clear is going down hill and the suff are horrible there

Really bad experience form staff she literally shouting on me because I didn?t know about the shoes we need to put it back on their place. It was unacceptable behaviour with customer.
