Has to be the biggest and most organised Holland and Barrett I've been too, knowledgeable staff too. Deals change a lot and website prices seem to not match with in store prices.

This Holland & Barrett the Harrow on the hill one is a big Scam. It's a not a first time that I faced this scam, it's been like 4 times and every time same Excuses. So today I went there and there was an offer on vital collagen the big one, Buy 1 get 1 half price. So I took one and asked the staff and as usual sorry we dont have other one. Then I took L carniteen as there is a offer buy 2 get 1 free. So I took 2 bottle of l carniteen and ask the staff for 3rd one, guess what as usual sorry we dont have in store.
So if u guys dont have those products that u put offer on it. Why u guys are offering offer.
Guys seriously just go and examine this Scam by your self. U will be totally satisfied with there Scam.
Totally A big Scam that I have seen in Holland & Barrett.

Very nice store,the aisles are spacious hence the reason why the store has an airy feel. The customer service is second to none.

The store has a lot of variety but it is not very consistent, as I've been in serval times looking for oat flour or even fenugreek and they are only available sometimes.

Six months ago, I was devastated after being diagnosed with diabetes. While passing by Holland and Barrett, I met Basem, whose advice has truly transformed my life. Basem introduced me to the keto diet and recommended supplements like Berberine. He also encouraged me to go for brisk walks if I couldn't make it to the gym.
After doing my research, I started following Basem's advice. Now, six months later, my new blood test results show that I've reverted to normal levels. Even my GP was shocked by the improvement.
I'm incredibly grateful to Holland and Barrett for hiring such knowledgeable and supportive staff like Basem. His guidance and encouragement have made a significant positive impact on my health. Thank you, Basem, and thank you, Holland and Barrett!

Awful customer service by Vaishali.
Seems this is not the first negative review about this same staff member.
She refused to refund my items despite me having the card I paid with and the
Email confirmation. Insisted she needed to call head office and wasted so much of my time.
Will be making a formal complaint about Vaishali to the head office shortly.
