Food contamination.
Entered the store this evening and the staff member had the glass front of the hot food display opened out and was spraying a glass cleaner spray over the glass while all the food was exposed to it. It was a mist spray bottle so it's likely all the hot food has been contaminated with whatever chemicals are in that cleaner. Decided to leave straight away due to not wanting to potentially get ill.

Went to greggs (harrow on the hill) What a waste of money. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was literally just hot water with some sugar. Twas the worst hot chocolate of my life. The lady was rude as hell. Would not recommend.

Found plenty of flies on the cup cakes and donuts. Informed the person in counter then and there. But the person on the counter gave zero reaction to it and acknowledged that there are flies?
Long term customer of Greggs and tbh this is the most unhygienic outlets I ever seen.!

I sometimes go in here on my lunch break as it?s so close to where I work. I pick up a simple sandwich, have my contactless ready to pay, but always end up having to queue for 7-8 minutes. 7-8 minutes to spend 15 seconds at the till. Never enough tills open, it?s been like this for years, I won?t be wasting my lunch break standing in the queue anymore.

I have ordered 2 vegan sausage roll and 1 vegan festive bake they said to wait for 5 mins for vegan sausage rolls and gave me vegan festive bake I have eaten it after 5 mins they have put the vegan sausage rolls on display which has a fly in it and they forgot my order and thought I have ordered regular sausage rolls and said to wait for regular sausage rolls I said my order is vegan sausage rolls finally I got it after 15 mins of waiting

It's a British bake chain store where you can. Satisfy your hunger.
The prices are reasonable and they have variety of bakes such as cheese onion, veg bake, and major options are in steak and bacon.
They have some hot foods as well.
We visit this shop often since the margarita pizza is main attraction.
Vegetarian options: 3 to 4 bakes in Vegeterian.

Another great greggs. It has a good amount of seated space and an outside bit too. Very spacious and clean. Good choice of products with a good layout.
The staff are friendly and prompt. The food at the time I got my bits was hot and fresh. The drinks were nice and everything was available.
As always greggs is a fantastic place for a quick bite to eat; either in store or to take away. Prices are very decent too and you can get a wide selection of bakes pastries, sandwiches, pizza and sweet treats.
Can't beat it!

Absolutely unacceptable service at this location. The posted Sunday hours clearly state 8:30 AM to 6 PM, yet I was loudly ordered to leave the seating area at 5 PM by the rude store manager and the store assistant.
I was placing my order around 4:50 PM and received no warning about an early closure. The lack of professionalism and basic customer respect is concerning.

First our orders were taken wrong and we were charged extra with no apology.
The store closes at 6 and we entered at 4:50. As soon as we got our drinks and sat down, two people yelled at us saying the seating area is closed. They had not informed us when ordering our drinks and there was no signs indicating this and when complained they continued to answer back with a rude manner. Very rude staff and terrible service!
