I chose Formula One Auto Centre (Harrow) for my car's MOT first time and it was very pleasant experience. Staff was very polite and professional. Guy at the counters name Tom was very helpful and staff member who check my car also top up Oil without any extra charge as I visited them first time. I would recommend this place

Excellent service, this is my second time going to FO Autocentre and I'm there service is excellent throughout my experience. As a woman, when it comes to cars, things car be a little difficult when understanding what to do but these guys are super helpful. Look forward to next years MOT service. Honestly I recommend them. Thanks guys.

Horrible service; I arrived early since I was instructed to arrive fifteen minutes early. Still, I had to wait forty more minutes for them to take my car. It took them hours to fit new tyres even after that. From the waiting area, we were observing them replace the tyres. They got going right away, but five minutes later, nobody was there to take care of the car. Nobody worked on the car for more than an hour. They waited for three hours in all until they finally finished. Once we had a car in our possession, we started driving until a warning sign of low tyre pressure appeared on the dashboard. It was a joke... 34, 34, 34 and 25. How can they give you car back in that dangerous condition!? So we went back and asked them to rectify, however after another 10 minutes they gave us a car back and said all updated. But it wasn't as tyre pressure was still incorrect. Hence, we had to go back THIRD time for the same job. These guys are not professional at all. I don't think they have even done comutorised balancing for which they charged me extra. Do not go to this place ever!

Formula one Harrow have serviced and have done my repairs for many years and always notifies of extras that have to be done. I've always found them to be reliable and helpful from front desk Tom to all the mechanics John, Danny and Khalid.Job done in time they say, excellent service.

0 stars if I could ?till i was waiting to change my tyres i was looking through the window door in the garage, the guy who took my car, got inside my car even the manager give him the wheel key and was searching in the glove box and between the chair, i saw him looking everywhere for someone to not be seen, when he get out for the car he saw me anyway reported to office but not to surprised from what i saw. When the car was done I checked and was messed up , the forgot to put mu wheel key back and the paper for alignment , came back, the printer is no working he said and he will send me when they have another printer and took them a while till they found my wheel key? very disappointed, first snd last time here.

They performed a "free winter check" I didn't ask for on my car including all the fluids when I came for a tyre fitting. A few weeks later I lift the bonnet and find the power steering fluid cap is missing - so I had to buy a new one at my own expense. This was the second appointment I had for the tyres as on the first, after I'd been waiting for 30 mins they told me that black circles hadn't delivered them (not what black circles said).Find somewhere else to get your tyres from.

They are one of my go to MOT Test centres. They are reliable and friendly and even offer honest feedback. Professional company and great service. Prices are also fair.

Unfortunately can't give Zero. Had an appointment to change tyres through an Online company giving me a window of 1 hour. Got a phone call from Formula one saying that didn't apply. Unfortunately I didn't get to the centre at the time they told me but within the timeframe of the online company. Was told the tyres would not get fitted. Hardly any cars there either so I reckon they did have the time to do the work but the attitude and service by the person at reception was not right. Not using them again.
