Me and my family have ordered flowers for a couple of funerals from Flower Nest (both within 2 years of each other) I can not recommend Kim and her services any more, flowers were on point and just as our requests were. She delivered the flowers on time and the second set made it from west London to east London in one piece. Thank you Kim, we surely will be using your services again in the future.

Sadly, in just over 12 months I have needed to use the services for flowernest for funeral flowers for my parents. Based on my positive experience last year, I went back to Kim and requested she arrange a coffin spray for my mother. Whilst there is no longer a shop based on Sudbury Hill, I found it easy to deal with Kim via the phone and e-mail. My mother?s funeral service was live-streamed so relatives across the world could take part. I wanted something bright that would come across well on the online service and I knew the colours and flowers my mum would have loved. I sent a few sample pictures to Kim and added additional details to customise. Kim was very sensitive and accommodating to my requirements and I found her costs very reasonable.. I was so pleased, I wanted to give her a positive review. I hope to use her services again under better circumstances.Cheryl Cardoso

Perfection. Delivered as requested, flowers look great. Ordered from Flowernest as near to where I wanted them delivered, about 18 miles away from me. Needed for a funeral, and looks as close to the picture on the website as possible. Highly recommend.

Incredible! Went above and beyond!I would like to thank Kim from Flower Nest for the exceptional customer service provided.I ordered same-day flowers for a funeral service to reach the church before 1pm and Kim went above and beyond and kept me informed at every stage to ensure the flowers were delivered to the church before the funeral service start.Highly recommend!!!First time order, and will not be the last.
