Terrible experience! We booked this place through Booking.com because we were invited to a gig in London. The gig was cancelled, so we had no reason to travel and asked for free cancellation. They flat-out refused and kept almost £160 of our money. What makes it even worse is that they then dropped the price for the same dates after refusing to refund us! Absolutely shocking and greedy. Avoid this place at all costs ? they only care about taking your money, not about their guests.

We stayed here to see Coldplay at Wembley. The hotel was nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast could be improved but the staff were brilliant and friendly. A really good option for someone looking for cost effective accommodation in Harrow

Staff were really friendly, helpful & professional. A real asset to the Hotel. Reception area clean & tidy. Lifts available upto rooms as well as stairs. Room dated, jaded & only felt superficially clean. Advise not to look too close at the room, towels not great. Air con unit a bonus. Location was easy to get to Wembley, slightly harder to get back to hotel from Harrow on the Hill tube station. Bus didn?t work out & didn?t feel safe walking the distance. Was easy to get an uber for £11. Probably wouldn?t choose to stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised! The room was lovely and even though the room I booked was not air conditioned l, it was quite cool! 10 minute walk to South Harrow station which is served by the Piccadilly Line and a 5 minute bus ride to Harrow-on-the-Hill for the Metropolitan Line. Bus stop is in front of the hotel and buses are extremely frequent, every 5 to 8 minutes.

Clean comfortable room, nice friendly staff, extremely powerful air con, quiet location, very good transport links. Just a couple of minor easily fixable issues, like no plug for the sink and some room lights weren't working.

this hotel is perfect they had everything I needed my father is in a wheel chair and I find it very hard to get a wheel chair friendly room in any London hotel but this hotel was perfect I booked the family room and it was not advertised as wheel chair room but it might as well be with all the room and bathroom set up. guys at the reception very friendly and polite from now on this is my go to hotel

We stayed in hotel 12th to 15th May 2025 which was great. Agoda offered a convenient price as well.
Special thanks to Mr.Sachin who welcomed us on our first day and was very flexible and even helped with parking too.
Rooms were clean, the hotel was clean too. And the location is so convenient. It has been a great experience and we will definitely book this hotel whenever we are going to come to London again and again.

The staff are super helpful. Easily commutable to Rayners Lane. You have variety of rooms to accommodate variable number of guests (2-5). Mini fridge and coffee making facilities in the room.

Found my stay here for one night really practical. The rooms are clean, the mattress was comfy and the staff are very helpful. I managed to park my car in the hotel car park, but if the slots are full there is plenty of side street parking. The hotel is a short walk from South Harrow market where I enjoyed amazing food dishes from different restaurants and food stalls. Public transport is easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again and have no qualms recommending it to others.

After staying at the Premier inn found it to be somewhat dated hot breakfast was over priced and lacking ? in food no mushroom has brown or sausages or black pudding how ever it was clean and tidy well maintained and the staff where most helpful located very close to the train station

A nice hotel at South Harrow, located next to Harrow Police station. Bus stops right out of the hotel door to go to Harrow Bus/ Train ststion or Northwick park hospital. A very courteous and helpful staff who really made it at comfortable stay.
