I had a strange experience. When I arrived at the Euro parking lot, the person working there checked the wipers of a customer's car. He was helping the person well.
Now when it was my turn in order and I had questions about Coolant Water and wiper Blade. He told me to just order.
And this experience of discrimination is from just an hour ago as I am writing this.

Just bought discs pads and 1Lt of brake fluid to find the brake fluid not only had been opened but the foil had been pulled back so used. I am unable to prove this but very disappointed. Maybe because I'm a girl they thought they could get away with it. Will have to check goods before leaving the shop.

I purchased rear brake dics and pads for my porche macan 1st of all I was given the wrong ones, when i gave them all the correct details, then i went to the garage to replace my new disc and pads and was informed that i have been given the wrongs ones so took the disc back to euro car parts to be told that they made a mistake and when i returned the disc that they gave me they told me that the garage have changed the discs i explained to them that the disc did not leave my site as they were changing the disc in front of me, but they refused to change my disc for the correct ones so i had to pay for another pair of discs will never use them again very dishonest people

I was able to find the parts I needed, which was great. However, when I needed to return an item, I was turned away because the manager wasn't available?apparently returns can only be processed in the morning when the manager is in. This meant I had to make an extra trip just to complete the return, which was quite inconvenient. It really shouldn?t work that way, and there?s definitely room for improvement in their return process.

Good staff here, very helpful and always less queuing than wembley, thanks for all the help all the time im in, i hope this store never moves its very convenient and a better alternative than wembley branch which seems busier and lack of care towards customers
