Staff were rude and denied responsibility for the jet wash rip-off. It supposed to give you 3 minutes for £2 but actually it gives you around 1 minute only. When reported to the staff, straight away denied and says it never instead of saying we gone investigate it or report it to the company. Staff are rude and unprofessional.

Stuff that barely can understand English, tried to explain 5 times that the pressure washer machine just took my money and then stopped working!
I had to leave that place with all the foam on my car!!! He said he cannot help and send me to look for a contact number on the machine, did that, but there is no number?!!!!
Totally unacceptable!!!
