I will not use this place for alterations anymore. Pricy and poor quality. I shortened a brand new pair of trousers and the rim came down after using them a couple of times. I returned to the shop. They charged me a second time and the same thing happened. Terrible skills. In total I paid 14 pounds for nothing

Puzzled by the low rating as I have been going to them on and off for 11 years and the service is great always. I can?t recommend enough the repairs lady- she has made magic out of some torn items and altered beautifully many jeans. For me they are the best.

Avoid this place at all cost! The man is very rude, cocky and arrogant. His customer service is atrocious the way he talks over you and lies about the alterations agreed upon. Tried to charge me again when I was not happy about the work carried out. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Don?t waste your time here. They change the prices all the time. They tell one price and then randomly they decide to change it for no reason. Sarcastic and rude staff. Absolutely terrible service.

Took a passport size photo for my wife, when i uploaded it for online renewal, it says poor quality and photo was accepted,Took a passport size photo for my son, they could not provide the online code because they did not set it. unprofessional behaviour and rude. Never use their service.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CLOTHES!! They ruined my new and expensive dress and they blamed me. When I went to pick up the dress I noticed it was damaged and Immediately pointed that out but the man behind the counter said the dress was ruined because I used it too much?. It was a brand new dress!! They are not professional and we definitely can?t trust them with our items. Oh also, they didn?t even offer a refund? very bad customer service.

Rude staff and Over priced service.We have given 2 shirts for alterations and charge £36 each also promosed to returnnext day!!!! I could have buy a new one :DWhen I went and asked them to return(after2 hours) the shirts without alteration, the rude Indian lady(I am also Indian) said, she has altered one shirt already and the another one is pending! I was shocked and asked lady to show me the altered one; however, she denied. Then one male staff interfered and gave our shirt and found there is no alterations has done!!Because of people like this lady, we fed up and migrated to UK from India for a better life and I see spoilers are already in UK.

My first experience and last. I went there to get my coat dry cleaned.They said the price was £18.00 but charged me £18.50. Then when I received the coat, nothing had been done.Hairs all over the coat and was smiling when I questioned the poor quality it was returned in.She didn?t even seem to care and only used a roller to lint clean it.The worst service I?ve ever had.0/5 stars, worst dry cleaners ever!

The service is mediocre at best... There is a cheaper place called "extreme dry cleaning" just a short 2 minute walk away. It does a better job with much better customer service all at a cheaper priceTherefore I don't recommend coming here.
