I will not use this place for alterations anymore. Pricy and poor quality. I shortened a brand new pair of trousers and the rim came down after using them a couple of times. I returned to the shop. They charged me a second time and the same thing happened. Terrible skills. In total I paid 14 pounds for nothing

Puzzled by the low rating as I have been going to them on and off for 11 years and the service is great always. I can’t recommend enough the repairs lady- she has made magic out of some torn items and altered beautifully many jeans. For me they are the best.
