Carer still has not arrive was over two hours late and when called up was met with an aggressive lady who is the care coordinator on the phone who tried to normalise the lateness.I had to cancel my shift at work as the carer is not here. When the carers do arrive they don?t help at all with cleanliness of my father and the house and washing up.I end up having to do all the cleaning and picking up for the carer after they have left. The carers are always late and never actually do their job.I would not recommend this service if recommended by the council choose somewhere else.
