I gave two stars for only one reason, one for the cinema and one for Nando?s. These are the only places that care about their customers and have very friendly staff.
The shopping centre no longer has good shops, except for H&M and Boots. However, the staff in most other stores are either rude or lack knowledge about their products. H&M, in particular, has the worst customer service, the manager has no customer service skills at all and is very rude.
Additionally, the security guards in the centre have no understanding of the law in this country. They have no idea how to behave or communicate properly and are extremely rude.
Once again, the only places I enjoy visiting here are Nando?s and the cinema. I hope they continue to maintain their excellent service.
