Pathetic experience. I was duped in broad daylight. While giving the SIM connection I was not given a chance and time to read the full contract. The sales guy was in a hurry to lock me in a contract. I wasn?t aware that 2 week cooling off doesn?t apply to EE apparently which is a bummer. However when I went to store the main person seemed to be the manager talked to me in a rude way. He wasn?t willing to listen or address my concerns. The customer support said ? I am confident that the store can make an exception for you because you are very early in your contract ? but give didn?t give a thought and said to me to walk out of the store. This is how you treat a customer. Pathetic rude staff. You should have a bill board saying ? We Don?t have 2 week cooling off? stop looting innocent people. Complete rip-off . Have already reported to the Customer relations and Ofem

Very unprofessional!Got cheated from the sales!Do not trust any sales in this shop!The sales told me to upgrade my internet speed ??without any changes for my current contract?? by only put a ??remark?? on my current account, however, new contract issue and my contract transfer from BT to EE without telling me.The sales took my phone without my permission when i got the link with new contract and confirmed the new contract with a HIGHER monthly price for me without notice me at ALL! He never tell me the link is for new contract at all.

Just shooing customers away!! The guy at the front desk gave incorrect details (inflated prices), saying ee is the most expensive as its got the largest network. What era are you living in?

I?m an EE client for more then 8 yrs ?(worst experience that I had in one of them shops) .The staff are unprofessional,management as well,specially the senior manager SADAF,very rude and unhelpful unfortunately.. EE THIS SHOP IS A DISASTER FOR YOUR NAME !

Very rude ro customer I just visited the store for new connections and the manager him self come to guide us but he?s so rude he?s not telling the things proper and just said to pay 6 months bill in advance and also the upfront. They are just telling the things according to the customer. Thats not fair

I was promised a great sim card offer if I transferred my broadband services to BT, and I followed through with the switch as advised. However, to my utter dismay, I never received the promised sim card. This incident has left me feeling completely betrayed and deceived by the manager of the EE unit.I find it incredibly disheartening that a company would not only make false promises but also engage in deceptive practices. As a customer, I expected transparency and honesty in all business dealings. Sadly, my experience with EE has proven otherwise.

Came in due to issues regarding my mother's bill, we were immediately welcomed and helped by Raj. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and sorted out our issue very quickly! :)

Very poor customer service by the lady at the front, she is not answering questions or being helpful in return she is asking me questions that suits her plans. Not recommend , went to Vodafone on the opposite side and received a much better service.

SERVICE SCAM!On of the worst experience on achieving nothing by switching the connection with EEWas explained to plan for 6 months and am given 24 months contracts with 30gbp. While I have clearly told we wanted short-term activation of service only for 2_6 months. No details of charges on foreclosure. Been to stores 7 times but no proper response. Big hands, i Appreciate the ultra scamming sales approach they person did.The outlet is simple selfish to make a marketing sale.Cheap communication skillsSharing Half informationAttending customer only for own benefitsNot treating clients especially when they really need an answer ( they'll just speak to customer care on phone)It's not EE's fault, it's a wrong team leader or manager on outletVery bad experience and not even think to ask anyone to come here

I went to ask about the query with my contract and the employee was explaining but than suddenly the lady senior/leader/manager came told him to take other customer and she took my case in middle without knowing anything and finished within 2mins without query being solved , so poor quality training had been given lack of experience and even when i bought the contract there was not clear communication which led me to this place where i cannot even cancel my contract because of this poor staff traing and management

Wouldn't even pick up the phone. Called 6 times then went uxbridge instead and they pick up straight away. Harrow is a dump, just like the shops.
