Rude and horrible owner. Place is filthy and I saw cockroaches there recently. Avoid like the plague which is ironic as you'll probably catch the plague here. Terrible business and especially owner. They are very rude, don't give proper change and many of their food items are expired but you can see they have relabelled them to try and sell off food

The shop has a revolting aroma that just lingers everytime I go there. The shop sells out of date produce for a cheaper price which is also disgusting. The shop is a standard corner shop, a place you would go to when you need to buy something quickly, however their prices are very overpriced. Wouldn't recommend ever going there.

CHEATERSPayed cash, the cashier said £10 more than what I supposed to pay as I saw it on the receipt. I asked back my tena, they refused and said I gave the exact amount of money. I said check back the cctv, they refuse to let me see it, the manager said will be in today after 3 pm but of course wasn?t there.No wonder why indian people has such bad reputation. However I lost a tena, but they lost a regular customer who left there monthly at least £150. Very smart ?Never going into these kind of shops!

Handy for the sub post office and parcel returns. However, the shop really needs a complete face lift and updating, inside and out. It is some way behind the times: customer service is basic but not terrible; fresh food quality and presentation isn't great. The store layout is at best functional. It's just ok for essentials/emergencies, when one has run out of milk or bread. Too much shelf space is devoted to alcohol, like some cheap off-licence.With some imagination, could be so much nicer as a local shop, but I don't think they are inclined to change anything or have the wherewithal to do so, or perhaps don't see a need. Is this what the demographic wants?However, there is hope : go and visit the Kensal Store to see what an excellent local convenience store can be, and try to make improvements in that direction please.

Awful shop with out of date food some of which had mould growing on it. Not all products have prices on them so they charge whatever they like. Complete rip off and the worst rude customer service. This place should be shut down on hygiene rules.
