I am just siting right now in ,and there is that smell of poo for every 5 minutes.There was a lady next to me who was eating something and after she finished she just tossed rubbish on the floor,without any emotions .Place is absolutely dirty .There is 6 staff, some of them just chatting with each other instead of clean the place .Whoever is a Manager here ,he suppose to be fired .Unfortunately that was wrong decision for this place .No discipline and managing skills to present.

The staff are very helpful and provide a decent service but the actual food and beverages are terrible.
I've had the misfortune of being at this hospital for 3 weeks for a relative and each time I got got drinks or food I got terrible stomach pains and cramps.
One time I could understand stand but multiple times it's not one off issue.
In addition the seats are covered in disgusting nasty stains with an awful oder.
£6 for two toast with tiny bit of cheese is robbery.
If you don't buy anything then you can't sit there either.
Not sure how this place passes food hygiene inspections??

Always a huge queue here and not enough staff, they also need to install air conditioning as it gets extremely warm it?s like a sauna.

I ordered from here and it was so bad. My drink was spilt fully !!! Not a drop left. And my delivery driver didn?t answer my calls. It was so rubbish and not packed properly . They wont even give me a full refund from uber eats! Avoid this place at all costs.

I was up the hospital to see my daughter went in to get a couple of coffees and hot chocolate from the start the women who served us was rude and had a attitude when I was served my drinks I asked for a little bit of milk and a bigger cup to cool my daughters hot chocolate.l both women had a attitude from the start one might aswell through a cup at me. if I was you I would use the hospital cafeteria I would of thought you would get served with more manners

Had very bad experience as the indian girl who was serving on the till was eating the chocolate and left us without telling how much is the total. she even don't have sense how to serve the customers. Very bad customer service.

The outside space here is dire. Could be a lovely place to take respite from difficult hospital visits. Instead it has many dead plants, broken things, unloved and uncared for. @costacoffee please do something!!

They need to be reported to trading standards as on top of the Frappuccino they aren't using cream. They are using semi skimmed milk!!

This is the worst Costa I have ever visited. The staff got several orders wrong, the place was a mess, I had to get cleaning products from the side and clean my own table and the hand sanitiser was empty.

I have been frequenting St. Ann's store in Harrow for many years. Sadly the quality of the experience has gone down hill. There are a lot of aggressive beggars circulating around the store, under-aged children vaping away in plain sight of customers, toilets are filthy, there are no CCTVs on the second floor. I sympathise with the overworked staff. Clearly head office care more about their profits than the safety of customers at the store. There should be set procedures in the event of issues - these should not be left unanswered.
