I have been frequenting St. Ann's store in Harrow for many years. Sadly the quality of the experience has gone down hill. There are a lot of aggressive beggars circulating around the store, under-aged children vaping away in plain sight of customers, toilets are filthy, there are no CCTVs on the second floor. I sympathise with the overworked staff. Clearly head office care more about their profits than the safety of customers at the store. There should be set procedures in the event of issues - these should not be left unanswered.

Ive had good enjoyable times here with a close friend and myself. They have outdoor seating music and spacious seating. The staff work with efficiency and professionalism. The coffee shop is quiet although you dont tend to feel uncomfortable in my experience also the place is clean.

The service was excellent and Kasia was so friendly and helpful. Speedy service and food and drinks were excellent. Lovely experience after a busy morning

This store gives very good coffee usually. The staff are very polite, but they are often closed. Try their seat downstairs.

Usually always friendly (but not in an in your face way) and hardworking staff, clean and spacious - much better than some other Costa's imo. What I will say though, and this is probably more of a problem with Costa in general, is there are now absolutely no gluten-free sandwiches etc ! Sometimes I want to pop in and have a sarnie, not just a cake, but everything seems to have vanished gfree wise ! Is any way you/Costa could consider bringing some stuff in for us who need or prefer to have less gluten, guys?

After a bad experience with my last costa visit at another cafe I was hoping for much better service. I needn't have worried. Quick polite staff who worked well together. Coffee as always was very good. I highly recommend this costa coffee franchise.

I?m coming here since years as I?m local, but now lot of things had changed. Staff untrained, sitting at the back, waiting for customers to say hello to them, to notice they?re there, no greetings. Place is not the same it used to be.. there?s one girl which I see almost every day, she?s always smiling and cleaning.. very hard working! I don?t know if she?s the manager, but the other members are useless! Get new good staff!

I went on Friday 21June around 4pm -was asked by the Barister to try the NEW Coffee -Beans I anxiously accepted -was the worst coffee I have ever had -hardly any Coffee taste served in a beautiful cup I made my comments to the staff -was not interested
