The strip burger was so cold as if they just took it out of fridge, the staff were rude and arrogant also they speak in srilankan language and not using gloves when preparing the food , not recommended and will not waste my time again there

Food was okay, but definitely not worth the price. £6.25 for a fillet burger, chips and can of drink (orange Miranda) is what I paid.The restaurant appeared clean and the overall service was fine, although I was initially refused a squirt of burger sauce on my chips and was advised to buy a tub of ketchup instead.Apparently customers can only have burger sauce if a burger is purchased (makes no sense! Sauce is sauce and a squirt is nothing, considering I?d already paid over the odds for my meal!)In the end the member of staff saw reason and I got my squirt of burger sauce for free - RESULT!

I used to come here often. In my last visit I ordered half chicken with drink. they told me that I might as well make it a meal. It will be the same price. I went with it.Today another worker told me the same thing. I realised it is £7 for half chicken and drink but £7.50 for a meal. I mentioned this to the worker. He just said yes.This isn't professional. I am not going on about 50p. It is mainly about principles. They come across as money grabbers.Also this place doesn't have toilets or anywhere to wash your hands. The latter is something that I take for granted. I will not be returning!!!!

I go to this restaurant almost every other day or every three days and order a burger with chips and soda. Today, I noticed that their service has changed; they provide fewer potatoes and ask for extra money for salt, pepper, and even sauce. When I asked why, they rudely explained that everything in England is expensive, and they must manage food and chip portions. Unfortunately, the country's bad economy allows personnel to treat customers with rudeness without reason. The person in question was an Indian lady with green skin, long black hair, not young, and had a mark between her eyebrows, indicating her Indian heritage.

I have been going to restaurant for quiet sometime. Initially the food was good. Lately the chicken wings they serve are literally the size of the little finger & they charge the same price even though the quality is bad.

I have been going to the same shop for about 15 years (back when it was called Chicken Cottage), and it has always been the same chaps working there.This shop had always produce fantastic food(s), their fried chicken, their peri chicken and even their lamb burgers taste amazing, and consistently so.The chaps working there are always friendly and provide an excellent service, with generous portions, whether it's in person or ordering via Ubereats.As stated previously, not only does the food always taste excellent, but they are always cooked properly and with consistency.I would always highly recommend this place, and would never get tired of it either.Parking: Free parking for the first hour
