Food arrived after an hour and 15 minutes. Food was cold and the burger was hard. Manager wouldn't ring the delivery driver to check where the food was after an hour and ten minutes (?). I think this experience was the experience I needed to stop eating "fast" food because I feel sick. The correct response in this situation was a cancellation of the order and full refund. We were waiting so long that we actually ate beforehand anyway. My very hard earned money was stolen from me.

As a chicken lover and a Uber driver I have been to lots of chicken takeaways this is one of the best chicken takeaway in London with friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Other day while I was standing to be served the person Infront of me told that she is taking this chicken to Swiss for her nephew. Amazing , I recommend to everyone try at least once.

Yesterday I had bad experience at the chicken cottage. I order food and the staff was rude and very not accommodating. They're talking to each other and unresponsive moreover waiting time is very unreasonable and makes you lose appetite immediately and then the staff won?t even apologize for such delayed service and when the food comes it?s not even worth the wait so you get the frustration the consumers would feel.

Great place if you want to get food poisoning. Ordered a grilled chicken today for take away, waited over 15 mins. Got home and found out the chicken was still half raw not cooked through, what a waste of money

Chicken cottage in Rayners Lane are far more the best food I could have they have fantastic quality of food I like how clean the are and how nice and friendly the staff is the manager Balan is so well outspoken so humble I go to them everyday.

Got bbq wings, they tricked me and poured bbq sauce over regular wings. Chips were dry yet greasy at the same time, they can have the 1 star for that feat ?
