Store closing time is 19:00 but they closed the store before that i came all the way from kilburn to harrow to buy a camera which was only with them but they decided to close before time.

Absolutely awful experience at CeX. They couldn?t even pay me for my items after wasting my time. Staff were slow and unbothered, and the whole place felt unorganised. I brought in my stuff expecting fair trade or cash, but left with nothing. Ended up going to Game Gallery instead ? they actually did their job properly and I got the new Nintendo Switch 2. CeX is not worth it at all.

Always a smooth experience at CeX. The staff are knowledgeable, fair with trade-ins, and the store is well-organized. Picked up a few hidden gems and sold some old tech hassle-free. Great for both gamers and gadget lovers!

If there is a God of Computer Maintenance, she/he resides in this branch. My go to branch of CEX when I am in London.
Bought a couple of Mac Mini's from CEX online. One of them had the dreaded rotating question mark which indicated an issue with OS installation.
Took it here, lady behind the counter fixed it the same evening.
With their 5 year warranty I buy all equipment for our company from CEX. Why not? This warranty is better than most UK brand new retailers. And they fix it!

So I went hear today too sell a xbox that they refused too take saying it had a iffy serial number even tho they sold me it then a ps4 they said no as its slightly buckled fair enough and a playstation 5 disc edition in the box original controllers and leads but they refused too take it saying its got no stand even tho they sold it too me with no stand the guy was really rude ill never go too this cex again I'm absolutely disgusting with the store they can sell you stuff that's non official yet won't buy it back disgusting

Worst shopping experience.I bought on Sunday 03/03/24 a soundbar form them after a long journey to be at the specific store. Before I purchase the product i asked to test it so i can rate the sound and they declined, telling me everything is already tested and we don't do tests.I decided to buy it either way and I ended up later the same day not being able to install it as the only cable in the bag was the power supply for the woofer. Not any cable for the soundbar and not a remote.I tried to contact the support team since then more than 5 times through fb and mail and the answer I'm getting 5 days now is "we try to figure what's going on. We'll be back to you in 48hours "I paid for something that cannot even be plugged and people there cannot figure out for 5 day +48 hours according to latest instructions about a cable and a remote! The sound bar is sitting still in a corner. Magnificent support and customer care. Good Job.

Such a backwards queuing system. Customers end up fighting each other because there's an invisible sign that tells you that the queue equals people spread out all over the shop, instead of a normal line. Inept..
