Such a useless staff, bought Bday helium balloon.
There was lady today at 1:45 PM, and didn't inflate properly. I am wasting my money.
Please employ a good staff. she is just in hurry to serve customer. You charge for everything for such a stupid service.

Not very helpful. Staff could be offered training in customer service (skinny white male in glasses there on Saturday mornings wearing black fleece today).

Really bad service! The staff doesn?t know how to talk to customers.
We recently bought a balloon, which started deflating after just a few hours. When we took it back to Card Factory, the so-called manager, Hema, blamed me and spoke in a very rude tone. When I asked her why she was speaking that way, she simply threw the deflated balloon and said, ?I am not going to change the balloon.?
Is this how a manager should speak to a customer? I felt really bad that she acted this way in front of others. Though, after making me wait for 20 minutes, she eventually exchanged the balloon, the overall experience was terrible. I am never going to suggest anyone buy anything from Card Factory Harrow.

On the Friday 29th November, I came to Card Factory shop looking for Birthday card for my daughter in law and a card for my Grandson. I was approached by one member of their staff, Hema. I'm so pleased to have her advice and recommendations that she helped me choose the right items. I would recommend anyone needing any items for cards to gifts. Please go and see Hema. She is so helpful. Thank you Hema. Definitely shop there again.

Lovely service today from the two ladies who blew up my helium bees and butterflies. Even though I bought the bees elsewhere (Amazon) they were so willing to help. My daughter was also able to pick up some gorgeous gifts for her best friend's birthday. Thank you.

It was my girlfriend?s birthday and I needed help with stuff to buy for her but was lost and confused. But I received impeccable service, assistance and recommendations from Ms. Hema, a working staff, along with help for the balloons and packing from Vee. They were all really kind to me and I genuinely would say are doing their jobs the right way. A big thank you to both of them. The place has everything in stock from Cards to decors, Sashes and much more. Great place overall with amazing staff.

Staff are ok but not happy with either the way they fill the helium or tie it up. Second time I've bought helium balloons and found that they (again) started to deflate by the 3rd/4th day, which is ridiculous. Twice in a row means this branch is doing it wrong.
Am pretty sure this branch is doing it wrong because my sister bought one of the big ones from the Watford branch at the same time as my purchase in Harrow and that Watford one is still fully puffed up and solid!
Won't be buying helium balloons from here again.

Bought a helium balloon and within 5 mins of buying it started losing air. Staff were adamant that it was our mistake - we had damaged the balloon. They even refused even exchange. We were sure that we did not damage it.
