I think it is disgusting how they increase all their prices during the month of January when people have the lowest amount of money to spend throughout the whole year. They still have the shabby Primark coat for £8 in there! Prices on window are misleading, most goods have Gold Tickets on them which is their sky high price tags.

Absolutely disgusting n disappointed with your service and the fact that you have lost my custome. You have lost your money and the amount of money you spent in the shop before you started the sale and the fact that you were going to have the deposit in your account before you left the car at your end of the road to me and to help you with your work experience

£3 buys you a stained faded top with pulls from M&CO. No value whatsoever. More browsing than buying. Avoid. There is nothing in this country to stop a profit making business calling itself a charity and benefit from all the perks like free labour, free stock, business discount rates, etc yet they are charging good money for rubbish and filtering through Ebay as if they are in the same market. One sided only, takes from public and gives nothing back to public. Charity should be both ways.

This branch has a issue with organised theft from the same paid staff, for that reason new volunteers who have their wits about them are not welcomed. The dog rough thieving paid staff think a lot of the volunteers are not aware of their dirty thieving tricks XD . The price points you see on the windows are misleading, anything half decent is now a "golden ticket" price XD

Do not recommend donating or volunteering at this branch. Ongoing staff issues since last year. Volunteers are nice but do not stick around due to staff issues. Prices are creeping up making it harder for people without incomes but they do not care about their market such is the way with charity shops these days.

If you are wanting to donate your goods, I would recommend going elsewhere. I have come away feeling really unsatisfied with what should be a satisfying experience, giving to the less fortunate. The manager seemed annoyed at taking some bags off me, as said there was too much donated already, and needed to keep fire exits clear. Whilst I completely understand this, it was more the way in which he spoke to me, no customer service skills whatsoever, and actually seemed annoyed with me, like I was a real inconvenience, and like he was doing me a favour taking my things. Go elsewhere, where they will probably be very grateful to receive so many nice things for charity.
