Having made several visits over the last two weeks I won?t be returning
They are all rude there, asked for less ice in my iced matcha and I got told they won?t fill it up as high ?
Last I asked for one shot of vanilla and for nothing but yet got charged
Generally unfriendly and rude, snappy and short. Cafe Nero needs to work on its customer service.

Went to have a coffee with my husband this morning around 8.00am (01/08/25) in caffe Nero, Harrow (HA1), as I wanted to visit my friend and I was travelling from Scotland. My friend recommended to have a coffee there as it will be opened early morning and to use a coupon. This is the first time I am going to that caffe.
To boost ourself we went to order a coffee.
2 Indian front desk people were there to take the order.
One of the Indian lady on front desk was very rude with inappropriate behavior while taking the order. Had a very bad customer service and ruined our whole day by her behaviour.
Literally felt like, she is intolerant to take the order. No patients at all.
When I approached to ask her name as she did not have the name badge she behaved rudely with me.
Never experienced such behaviour anywhere in any caffe.
Worst service, worst behavior.
Would not recommend anyone.

Today (01/08/25)morning around 8:00am, after having a long travel for about 10hrs, went to have a coffee in caffe Nero in Harrow (near St Anns shopping) as my friend recommended to taste the coffee there. An Indian lady was on front desk taking orders without name badge. When approached to order she gave a weirdest look and treated rudely. Very bad customer service though myself working in a hospitality never experienced such behavior in my whole career. Literally felt like racist. No greeting in the morning when costumer arrived. No smile on face. When my wife approached to ask her name, she gave reason and behaved inappropriately with her.
Would not recommend this caffe to anyone.
Very bad experience by her.
Worst service by that lady.
She is not suitable for her role.
Zero rating for service.

I recently visited Niro Café in Harrow on the Hill with a friend, and we had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members. We asked for extra straws because the ones we received were broken. Instead of helping us politely, the lady responded rudely and told us to wait. It took her about 5 minutes just to give us new straws, and her attitude was very unprofessional and cocky. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and really put us off from visiting again.

Usually, I am a huge fan of Caffe Nero frappes, the one next to where my university residence always meets standards. You can understand my shock when I asked for an espresso and caramel frappe and was met with a cup of bitter slosh. The texture was not at all like a frappe: it was liquid. I asked for minimal coffee since I like my frappes quite sweet, and they put a double shot in. When I kindly told them that this tastes absolutely wrong, I was told to give it a mix and try it again. When I did and it still didn't taste correct, the barista rudely asked me: 'Well what do you want me to do?'. Shocked is an understatement to what I felt that moment. I told her ideally I would like her to remake it since it really doesn't taste or look as advertised, instead she gave me 2 squirts of caramel flavouring in an espresso cup, told me to pour it into my frappe and drink it. Despite, her rude behaviour and general conduct, I poured it in and tried it again. It still wasn't right. At this point, I decided that I would have much rather thrown away the coffee that I spent £5 on than drink any more of it, and that's exactly what I did. Will not be going back here at all. Extremely disappointed with the quality of service here. Will not be going back. Someone needs to re-educate the baristas there on providing good customer service and not being rude even in a busy environment. The way I was treated that day is absolutely not how a customer should be treated, and I can't help but feel as though she was talking down to me simply because I was younger than her. Walked away with my morning ruined, would not recommend. If you want a good tasting frappe, just go to Starbucks and spend an extra quid there. At least you'll leave with a smile on your face.

Very very rude staff today morning 10.15 i ordered for milliniurm coffee wirh choclate cream white lady say we r not prepers for that coffee
After i say clod cappuccino with choclate cream she has choclate cream but she put white cream she say i not fill choclate cream bez of not ready what rude liyer answer she giving me this 3 rd time we have experience pl can u check with staff Total i saw two ladies and one boy serve there but very very rudly talking pl give me answer what steps u rdoing

Visited the local store on a few occasions, ive not had the need to leave a negative review but had to do thsi today.
Whenever we've visited the guy making the coffee is very rude and obnoxious. Yes I ask for extra ice doesn't mean that I want more coffee but he purposely puts alot less. Other cafe neros do not bat an eyelid.
Today the lady on the till was really rude too. The staff definitely need training as they seem frustrated and do not want to work there! A smile and decent service wouldn't cost much ?

Nicely renovated shop and trainees are very nice but the manager is extremely rude and lacks basic customer service. Didn't get my order right, assumed I didn't want cream on frappe which on the board says should be part of the drink. She refused to add it after paying and mentioned she has a camera on her which is pathetic I was simply stating that she made my order incorrectly. I've been coming to this shop for a good few years now but after this visit I'll won't be returning. Especially there's a lovely pret with world class customer service or the Costa at the station with their lovely baristas. Or Pinner branch of cafe Nero - a world of difference! Anything but this branch as long as that women works there.

Very rude staff - avoid. The previous two times I visited I had a voucher and the first time they said the machine doesn?t work and the next time they said the voucher has already been used when I hadn?t used it before and they made me pay full price each time. Today, a lady with ginger, short hair spoke very rudely. I asked for a millionaires frappe and she asked if I wanted cream with it. I said yes. She then said, ? you?re supposed to ask that with the order, if you don?t ask you don?t get? in avery rude deameanour. She then said next time you won?t get cream if you don?t say it with the order. Really would not recommend.
