Very helpful and friendly staff. I visited this place and right when I was about to make a choice of my furniture, they suggested me to visit their another store which is a little closer to my house (so I can save on my delivery charges). Wow, who does that nowadays? Super like BHF!! ??

Went into BHF to purchase a chakra bracelet without knowing it was their furniture store. Kelly was very helpful and gave me directions to their main store. Her and Dristi were lovely and assisted me with a purchase for a beautiful elephant ornament. Would definitely recommend going here if you?re looking for something unique to make your room/house pop

Horrible experience today, Monday 17th April, 2023.I witnessed the workers in this shop verbally and racially abusing intimidating a woman. I was in the shop surfing, this white man following this female intimidating, humiliating and harassing her. The female mployee was encouraging his behaviour. I couldn't believe what I witnessed today. The female asked for the names, the female employy, said something inappropriate - did not hear but he mentioned his name is James and he is the Assistant Manager. In this age, I have not witnessed anything like this. I personally believe he was under the influence of drugs or he has a temper issue. Please do no employ these unprofessional in this Charity. Appalling behaviour by the man and woman - employees of this shop. Shocking. If I was the female, I would have reported this to the police. This is a hate towards a female.

I had some dining chairs to donate to British Heart Foubdation in Harrow. I contacted Kelly who was pleased to take them and she arranged collection. Very professional from start to finish I would not hesitate to donate here again. Well done Kelly and team.

Young lady with dark hair and lips done, who manages the place needs to learn just a little bit of customer service and employee interaction. Came in to buy and asked her a question. She kept busily doing what she was doing while answering paying no attention to me. I also observed how she talks to the guys moving things and I?m not sure If thats how she talks but it was rude. Someone needs to train her. She seems like a hard worker but could use some manners.
