It was not like the manager (Anna) was having a bad day or this was my first or a second time, this behaviour of her is consistent and my partner felt the same especially when you ask questions or enquire about something, Anna spoke sharply to me and was cold with her replies. During my visit on Friday (12 JAN 2024), the manager was helpful with letting me know the dosage of the medicine I purchased but this time, when I asked her if I have enough on my Boots Advantage card to pay off the bill, she just gave me the receipt without speaking a word. Although, my Boots points paid off the bill but the behaviour was cold and unwelcoming and I was concerned it might affect the quality of care I received.I hope the Boots can provide customer service training for its staff, starting with the manager, to ensure all patients feel respected and comfortable.In this day and age, people have multiple options, the main reason they chose you among your competitors is because you were special to them and you made them feel special. Please keep it this way.

I am not a review person, but I had to write this today so Boots and the store are aware of what their staff does.I was walking in the store and I asked one of the staff named 'Manmeet or Manjeet' (cant really spell the name) about one of the products 'TigerGrass Colour correcting cream'. I realised that it was not available in store and when I went to ask him, he simply said "No" in a rudely manner and walked away.I was about to ask following question - when is this cream going to be in stock but by that time he walked away. I was really annoyed after he walked away on my face. I understand in Retail every staff has lots of roles and responsibilities and I do respect the nature of work that the staff does in Retail, being one of the most toughest job. But walking away in front of your customer is disgraceful and disrespectful.I have never left Boots annoyed in my life, but this behaviour is unapologetic. I hope there was 'no star' option in Google available as because of one staff member the reputation of the company is spoiled.I don't expect anything in return but a sincere request to Boots to carry proper TRAINING before Hiring anyone. For any business/company Customers are the highest priority. If this is not clear then Boots should really think about their Hiring process. I have worked in retail too and the amount of training that I've went through explains how CUSTOMERS ARE THE PILLAR OF ANY BUSINESS.I hope Boots - St Anns, Harrow takes any action towards improving customer service.Please dont go with this 1 star as it is too much for what I've been through today.Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great store with great customer service . I was served by Manveer and he had helped me with great advice on what to use for my skin I found his advice very helpful and will be coming again.

Went at this boots on the 12th at around 12:45,me and my sister we got few thing from the shop, and we were quietly queuing at small till near the perfumes, since we needed to buy one for our brother birthday, when the lady at the till, black glasses dark skin and dark hair with a nose piercing saw us, she told us we were queuing in the wrong till (with an attitude), and when my sister told her nicely that we were queuing to buy some perfume, she went "then you have to wait" with an attidute, to which we simply reply ok, (a bit shocked) after few second she told us that we could come back in 5 minutes since she was serving, but we told we really don't mind waiting, after few seconds she told us we needed to leave coz we were making the lady she was serving uncomfortable (I don't think the lady even saw us queuing tbh) and we weren't complaining or anything at that point we just left the shop, and went to the other boots on which we had a much better experience. Please train better your stuff so they won't panic in front of a small queue and teach them at least the "ABC" of customers service.

Rude elderly staff member when I asked politely, nicely, where the body sprays are. Mouths 'i dunno if people are listening or' just so rude and had a chip on her shoulder. I had the body spray in my hand ready to queue as well. Silly woman.

Great store with many things on deal. Manveer was incredibly helpful, assisting me to find whatever I needed and telling me about what deals Boots has to offer. His knowledge about different products I wasn?t sure about was both useful but also informative.Thanks Manveer! ?

It is my first time having eye rest at Boots in Harrow. Everyone was very nice and helpful with a smile.From scanning to eye test and till the end of my test journey. The lady Batool who helped me finding the right frame was very friendly and have all the patience while I'm trying to find the frame the I like. She gave me 3 options and had been supporting me with my choices. Agnes made so homely while talking to her.Thank you
