At around 16:45 on 23/05/2025, I visited the St Ann?s Boots store in Harrow to request a refund. A staff member named Henry assisted us and was polite, but said he couldn?t process the refund due to a system issue. Another female staff member came to help but said the same thing, adding we needed a reference number from Boots Online Customer Services or speak to the store manager. We then visited the Boots in St George?s Shopping Centre at 17:00 and received a full refund without any problems or reference number. We returned to the St Ann?s branch and spoke with the same female staff member. She said she was too busy at the time and only the manager could assist. The manager was polite but could not explain why the refund was processed easily at another branch. We raised our concern about the staff member?s dismissive and unhelpful behaviour. While we were speaking to the manager, she was overheard complaining about us to another customer, claiming she was a ?lovely staff member.? We found this unprofessional. When I asked for her name for this complaint, both she and the manager refused to provide it. If nothing wrong was done, why refuse transparency?

the best experience here! the digital print out machine was out of paper and the staff all made their best efforts to fix it, but unfortunately it was a bit complex but one of the lovely colleagues suggested i went over to st david?s boots to try their and offered me a refund, much to my surprise as i was walking over to st david?s, one of the guys who was helping to fix the machine had ran my photo over there and walked me over to the store, honestly so so happy and thankful, i didn?t catch your names but thank you for going above and beyond ??

Boots, name is biggest but service is lowest at all. I wanted to pay by my E-gift card. But they haven't had a a scanner to scan e gift card.they didn't accept it.I had to pay by my regular bank card

I was in the shop with my sister. This boots is in St. Anna shopping centre. One Indian staff, she was wearing white tunic came where my sister was standing and said something. She didn?t even come near , she said something while she was walking away. after a while, the lady came again very rudely clapped her hands at us. Mind you my sister is deaf and I?m bit of hard of hearing. She then said ?you have to go to the till alright? in such a rude tone. Ugh.. just felt like slapping her. So rude. I think you can come to us and say it nicely right? rude rude rude

Rude customer service. I tried to open a product (which has already been open) An old women came out the staff room said no testers and played on loud speaker said CCTV on? Is this how you treat your customers?

This is the smaller of the two boots shops in Harrow. It has all the essentials: pharmacy, fragrances, makeup, suntan lotion, vitamins, mens and women's products. Staff are friendly and it is clean.

Was served today by Jay who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He waited for a queue to form before telling me I?d waited on the wrong side despite there being no ?queue here? sign and once I?d advised him that when I had started waiting there was no one else and he could have told me before he proceeded to tell me ?ahh well I was serving a customer MAN? insinuating he didn?t see although he looked me square in the eye. He then proceeded to tell me I was shouting at him although my voice never raised once and myself and the rest of the customers around where extremely confused. Unfortunately I couldn?t make an official complaint on site because they had no manager present due to her being on holiday without appropriate cover. Really unsure if this is standard practice for them to argue with customers (especially once?s who are 8 months pregnant) but this is diabolical

The staff is respectful and kind.
They would get five stars, but they have a poor supply of herbs .
Seriously. Not even hibiscus flower.
Otherwise they are better than some local competition.

I bought No.7 cosmetics in the boots, but the products I got was tester; I?ve been to shop but no solution, until met the customer adviser Manveer who is very patient and helpful , get my problem solved!

I frequently visit this Boots store, located conveniently in the St. Anns Shopping Centre, and it has become my go-to destination for body care products. The store boasts an excellent selection and is always well-stocked with everything I need, which is why I keep coming back. The wide layout of the store is particularly accommodating for wheelchair users, making it accessible and easy to navigate. The availability of parking and nearby toilets adds to the overall convenience, making shopping here a hassle-free experience. However, while the product selection and accessibility are top-notch, the customer service could benefit from some improvement. The staff, unfortunately, don't always display the friendliness and warmth that would elevate the shopping experience. Given the store?s popularity, it often gets quite busy, yet the wait time is usually kept to just a few minutes. Still, the shopping experience would be greatly enhanced if the management could consider opening more checkout counters to better accommodate the high volume of customers. Despite these minor drawbacks, the store remains a reliable and convenient choice, especially for those in need of quality body care products. A few improvements in customer service and checkout efficiency could truly make this store a standout in the shopping center.
