Staff there are so nice! I had to leave a review. I asked a lovely lady if they had an item, which was advertised on their website. She could have fobbed me off because she had never seen it in there. Instead she made the effort to find her manager and another colleague to help. The other colleague, knew exactly where my item might be but because it was seasonal - unfortunately it was no longer there. However she still assisted me and was also super helpful and lovely.

A brilliant store in South Ruislip. We love this branch of B&M,it is a large and spacious store which is all on one floor making it wheelchair friendly throughout. They have loads of stock here. It opens throughout the day from 8am until 10pm on weekdays so it?s brilliant for whatever your needs are,whether you are grabbing something for work,getting bits for the home or having a shop around. They have a wide variety of plants which is nice. Although one of the things I wanted to get was water but they had such a little amount water bottles available,but they sell nice small bottles of Irn Bru which tasted refreshing and is good so you can get the flavour in a small amount. If you are after Fizzy drinks,chocolate,confectionery,Pot Noodle or mints this is the place to come. The pricing is good too. The customer service was good and helpful as always. After 7pm is a great time to shop because the car park is quieter especially as that car park can get frantic during the day.

Got some great deals.. however, no idea why Aircon was not installed.. was a hot day, chocolate was all melted.. would never buy in summer time. Feel sorry for the staff in there.

Great staff and wide selection. Super attentive and they don?t have any of those god awful self checkouts. At least they still provide some human interaction at checkout as opposed to Aldi and Asda next door
