Great service all round. Anoop has a wide range of cards to choose from, all of which being reasonably priced. We were happy with the presentation of the cards and Anoop delivered in a timely manner. Would recommend his services.

Where do we start?? We got our dream wedding invitations made just before the pandemic and then our wedding got postponed! Anoop was absolutely incredible in supporting us and helping us to move forward to creating new inserts. Of course with the pandemic there were times when we were unsure if we could get the inserts made exactly in the same colours as we wanted, and the entire way along, Anoop was so helpful and kept us informed of all options! At the end, he made sure he was able to get us exactly what we wanted and we couldn?t be happier!! Our invitations are the reflection of us and our personalities, every detail we wanted was added and we are so happy with the service we have received! We have had so many compliments on how unique our invitations are and we couldn?t have done this without Anoop's help.Thank you so much for making our dream wedding invitations, we love them so much!Bhavisha and Aakash

Anoop has been great throughout the whole process from start to finish. We chose the new gold mirror invitations, from his wide range, which was the first invitation that caught my dad's eye : )This was best choice we could of made, as the quality of it is of high standard and so very different from the rest.We placed an order for 150 of the gold mirror invitation's, these were sent to our guests in the UK, France, Mauritius, Spain and Canada. The feedback was immense and overwhelming. Someone quoted in their RSVP "I feel like I'm going to see the king & queen" . Some people said it's the best wedding invitation they have ever received, some said it was just stunning and how beautiful it was and would treasure it forever!So glad we found Anoop who was our first choice. He is a great and friendly person. Top quality!!

I had visited Mr Anoop's studio several times before placing an order as I was not clear in my head on what style I should go for. Mr Anoop was extremeley helpful and went over and beyond to help and provide ideas. He got his designers to come up with some initial designs based on my brief which was completely bespoke. He was very flexible and accomodating throughout the entire design process where my requests were ever growing. Mr Anoop provided very practical advice during the entire process and was a pleasure to work with.In the end our wedding invitations came out perfect and we recieved so much positive feedback from our families and friends. I would 100% recommend Mr Anoop and his team for their fantasic design and printing services. Thank you for all your effort and support in making the perfect wedding invitation for us!

From the initial email enquiring about invitations it has been a very easy and straightforward process.Anoop has a wide variety of invitations in his studio. He was very helpful and catered to my exact specifications. After choosing my design and sending over the wordings, there were two proofing stages for me to approve. There was only a slight adjustment I had to make but Anoop helped correct it immediately and it was a very quick process. Anoop replied back to any questions/queries I had in a timely manner.I am extremely happy with the final product and the service I received from Anoop was great. No complaints from me at all - I would definitely recommend this company.Many thanks to Anoop for helping me with my invitations with a very quick turnaround especially during the pandemic.

Despite being warned by a relative about this particular printing company we decided to proceed with Art East for Hindu wedding invitations due to convenience/ location (please note his printers are in India). The owner of this "middle man" company based in Harrow came across rude to my mother initially when she queried coming to visit him for a consultation. She was told "don?t bother coming without your son (groom) otherwise you will just waste my time". We ignored the comment an eventually met him. He came across as respectful and we proceeded with a design choice.After writing the text of the invitations (including spelling and layout) the art work was sent to Art East. I have a graphics design background therefore doing this was simple and i thought this would make life easier.Note: Everything is done on a word document from Art East - this is very simple and limited software (when it comes to layout spacing etc.). Regardless i happily used this and created what was required.After this (i assumed all should be simple after providing EXACT details based on the measurements he provided) i kept receiving numerous art works to approve with silly grammatical errors, spelling mistakes and complete lack of symmetry on the invitation inserts (reception, wedding etc.). Mistakes including additional letters, incorrect spelling of the grooms name etc. (e.g. Email spelt Emial).After exchanging numerous emails we had no success. My emails included clear instructions on the layout, spelling, including hand written corrections, annotations on printed and scanned copies of the art work he provided. As "professional" graphic setters you would assume they would make amendments to make the invitation look uniform and as close to what details i provide, this was far from the case. Instead, i was spoken to rudely on the phone just after a week and made to feel like i was the one wasting his time. During our second phone call (during first week) i was also offered my deposit back as he was very irritable. He doesn't listen on the phone and speaks over you in a very argumentative manner. I remained patient and continued trying to help with amendments.Again, after remaining persistent and sending multiple emails we were getting closer to a final copy (after two weeks). Note during this time emails were sent to him with MYSELF making the corrections of spelling, grammar etc. during a working week whilst i am at work. I made about 2-3 personal changes to the invitation purely due to the "graphic setter" just not getting the layout/ text correct!!!Finally on the 08/01/2020 after asking for a second time (in two consecutive days) to amend the spelling of the email address on the invitation (after this all would have been FINALLY correct to sign off and move to printing) I was told to call him. I did, he spoke very rude to me on the phone and to once again offered me my deposit back as I was "too fussy" and that "I HAVE MADE TOO MANY CORRECTIONS!!" and that "HIS GRAPHICS DESIGNERS ARE GETTING FED UP!!!" (When all I have done for 2-3 weeks is do his job and correct his graphic setter?s literal mistakes). After trying to remain patient and to get a word in (he speaks over you) I lost my patience and took his second offer during the phone call to have my deposit returned. I received the deposit in full on the 09/01/20.Note: His emails are hard to understand sometimes as his grammar is poor (NOT an issue as you can eventually understand it) but do not expect his professional feedback when he sends you art work to approve. As a middle man he should review the artwork from his Graphics setters before forwarding onto the customer to approve which he doesn't do. He will only send an email saying "Please check each and every word carefully and confirm your approval by email".I am disappointed with the poor services provided and should have listened to friends / family when i was warned. I have wasted 2/3 weeks on this company.luckily i went to my fiances printers
