I have a bad experience with 2 people who's working there.. they are very rude.. what happened with people in this days..?? I'm not recommending that store..stay away..

Awful customer service by the manager. I always shop at Argos, but this is the only store I have trouble with. The manager is very rude. Customers do change their minds and I always have all packaging and labels attached. I never have any issues returning anything at other Argos stores - only this store in Sainsburys Alperton. I will not be shopping here again. Extremely poor customer service. Just shocking!

NEVER EVER VISIT THIS STORE!Poor/rued service. The way I was treated in this store by the 2 staff was very disrespectful. Customers were supporting me and making comments towards them but they didn?t care.Both of them didn?t have their name badge on them, so therefore I said hello and they said ?DON NOT HELLO ME?Both of them said I AM NOT GOING. TO SERVE YOU, because they was not in a good mood.SHIVANI needs to learn how to work with customer service skills because she doesn?t know how to behave with a customer. She doesn?t even know any of the policy and wasn?t focused on listening to what I was trying to say.I was waiting on the till and she started to serve the other customers and rejected to serve me, I have asked her and she said I can?t serve you.Aisha needs to respect everyone equally, she has showed some rued attitude for her work load!Sainsbury?s duty manager gave me their names as they didn?t respond to me. Very rued service.CCTV MUST GET REVIEWED!

Terrible, definitely avoid!Brought my brand new monitor back for a refund but was told there?s fingerprint on it and wouldn?t refund me. Talked to the manager, obviously she?s an old and grumpy woman.If you want to experience better customer service, don?t go to any Argos inside Sainsbury?s!

Rude customer service.The girl on the till was very rude.She expected me to know how their process of refund and exchange works.Inspite of explaining me politely she acted as if I work for Argos.Very disappointed with this kind of behaviour.

I?ve been to so many stores & have never experienced this level of rudeness and arrogance from a manager. I went to return a product ( which was a product for my brother, however, he was not happy with it since he believed the product was too stiff to use and didn?t work properly ). Before we purchased the product , the staff specifically stated that we are allowed to bring it back before a 30 day period if we were not satisfied with the product. We took it back to the store and spoke to a staff there, as I?m explaining the situation , NICOLE the manager rushes to the counter, interferes, opens the box up and instantly says she can?t give me a refund because the box( packaging of the product was a little ripped ). She proceeds to talk to me with an attitude for no absolute reason and when I start returning the same attitude back she did not like it. She also explained how if I want a refund then i need to bring back the box the way i initially purchased it and how I need to wrap every single bit neatly ( everything was wrapped neatly inside , she just had an issue with the packaging it was in ) . I asked her how that would be possible since we had to open the box to see the product first and she kept going on about how she would have been careful. As I?m leaving the store , she?s proceeds to badmouth me to her colleagues which was very surprising coming from a manager. I took her details down and contacted customer service instantly.When i contacted customer service and explained the situation , they understood the issue and told me how I?m allowed to get a refund. They told me to go back to the same store and request for a refund and they should be able to give me one this time. I went to the store again ,Nicole was there & she came back with the same attitude again and tried to tell me how she won?t give me a refund again & how she?s higher than customer services. I was so shocked and confused & couldn?t believe the whole situation was happening. I told her to call customer service herself. She calls customer service and since she was being so stubborn about not giving me a refund , customer service told her to tell me to go to a different Argos to get a refund. At this point I realised that she did not want to give a refund although I was completely allowed to get one.As soon as I realised I can get a refund in another Argos, I left to go to another store & didn?t bother arguing with her. Her behaviour and attitude is absolutely disgusting & the way she kept going on about how she?s higher than customer service is what shocked me. Because how are people meant to trust customer services when the manager refuses refund even after customer service agrees to the refund.

I came to return an watrr pump and the service i recieved from NICOLE AND AGNGELA was above and beyond these girls are very informative, helpful, and really tske pride and passion in their work. They both are a prime definition of customer service.

You didn?t teach your worker properly,i was told to come to store even though someone else will pick it up on my behalf with the order number,my id and my argos card. And when i got there one of your worker ask me to sign my card like for what reason.Im very disappointed.

Nearly forgot there was an Argos here. Very useful and the staff helpful and attentive.At the time we went it was so busy in Sainsburys but when we went to the Argos area the que wasn't too bad. The item we wanted was in stock although we were advised of another alternative item which worked at great.Picked up a few other items as Argos pricing always seems reasonable. The quality is great too.Since this addition to the sainsburys has come about it has made life easier which purchasing products from them as before we would've had to go up to Wembley.This local Argos is a blessing and great for the community. Thankyou and 5 stars.

Young person sighed when I didn't understand something. Then said bye have a ...I don't know what. As it was hardly heartfelt. Anyway will go to Currys next time.
