I went to this shop with my girlfriend during a holiday in London. The venue is located inside the London Factory Outlet located next to Wembley Stadium. The interior is large and displays many items of sports clothing and shoes. There is no shortage of football team shirts, uniforms and balls. Prices are already very affordable throughout the year but in the sales seasons you can find real bargains, managing to buy items at almost negligible prices.

Adidas Outlet Store London, London Designer Outlet is a good store for branded items. A little bit expensive, but all branded items cost high. Close to Wembley Stadium. Have good connectivity to Central London and other locations. Jubilee and Metropolitan line serves Wembley Park.

Manager is too rude, we are standing here before 5 o'clock at 4:35 and he said shop is closed and after that he allowed other girls because he know her. Very very bad experience, bad customer experience. They are doing partiality.

I usually like going to this type of outlet stores but to be honest this time i was very disappointed as the prices they advertised as outlet prices and half price were in fact inflated prices so there was really and truly no deal there.Hiw can other shops sell the dame merchandise mych cheapper than Adidas outlet shop??

Nice store nicely laid out staff were ok and helpful no real complaints apart from there was a lot of the same things hanging out there maybe the reason was it was the sales and they were just trying to get rid of the excess items but overall it's a thumbs up and I would recommend.

Had a really bad experiencecustomer service was very bad had gloves that the thread was coming out. Try explaining it was the second time it happened. In the month. So I brought them back. I used my gloves for running and walking in the rain. Felt really down and under appreciated as a customer. Quite sad as a whole because nothing I could do to stop thread coming out. Anyway I would not recommend going on a Thursday. Other days usually quite good and staff are usually happy.Good dayUpdated review. New issue after quite a whileWent to the store yesterday to ask for some clarity about my account. I made a purchase the other day and the staff member didn?t apply my discount voucher however she took the voucher off my account.I went to the store spoke to the floor manager and started to discuss the possible outcomes. He was not helpful at all. He refused to give me his name and said ? I?m a floor manager the only one? . He asked me of proof of purchase as I didn?t keep a receipt as everything is logged with ADICLUB and My Bank. I showed that I purchased the item and then he begin searching his till. He explained there was nothing he could do and I should phone up. So note to everyone if you have a adiclub issue do not go in store. They are not able to helpIf I?m being honest he seemed he wasn?t experienced to be a floor manager his answers were not detailed and his understanding of how to move forward didn?t help. Overall a horrible horrible experience which left me quite embarrassed exhausted.
