“I attended Harlesden Specsavers this morning about 9:45 and spoke with a lovely young lady called Blanch.At the time of my visit, I was in a right dilemma as I had dropped and broke the only pair of prescription  glasses. They snapped in half and I was as blind as a bat without them.On my behalf Blanch checked the frames that were available in their store,  as it was a quiet day. Alas, none of the frames were suitable.Blanch then contacted my local store to see if they had recorded any information from my old frame, but they had not. Another couple of local stores were recommended, but in the end, I found a replacement frame online. With next day delivery.Anyone looking for first class customer service, then Harlesden specsavers is the place to go. They exceed your expectations.”
