“Can be quite busy sometimes but they always try their best to be efficient, for example by trying to separate those from the queue that can be helped on the machine rather than counter. I found everyone here always friendly, helpful, patient. Also appreciate the variety of services they offer, beyond just postage (ID verification, banking etc).Ps: they tend to close by 4.55pm so don't leave it to the last minute.”
