Clean and organised inside, and there’s a nice collection of plants outside at the entrance. Staff were friendly and helpful when I was collecting my John Lewis package. Checkout was easy and they also have an ATM in store which was handy.

As nice as a supermarket could be, if they are ever nice places! Only negative with Waitrose is that for many items I still have to shop elsewhere to keep costs down, but if shopping budget is not a major issue for you, then this is where to come.
